Service staff was kind and very accommodating however while the mechanics were nice as well. I feel that my vehicle was not diagnosed properly. In fact I know it wasnt. Im out almost $1000.00 for a bad diagnosis and spark plugs and wires. (Which had been replaced 2 months ago with ac Delco plugs and wires.) When I left the dealership after being there most of the day. My vehicle was doing the same if not worse on my way back home. Still out $1000 and nothing is fixed. That is ridiculous!!! I got home. Took my vehicle to a local mechanic and in 10 min and a quick computer scan was able to determine that one of the o2 sensors had gone bad and that part cost $55 plus another $100 to install. My vehicle was running perfect in about half an hour. Now what boggles my mind is that your mechanics are GM certified to know the ins and outs of GM cars and trucks. My vehicle is a stock suburban. It should have been an easily diagnosed problem. I believe I should be refunded at least some of my money because... Lets think about this. Go spend $1000 on your own vehicle when there is a problem and then think how would you feel knowing you just threw $1000 away for nothing because your vehicle is exactly the same. Same problem and no answers. Im extremely disappointed and no under no circumstances will I recommend this dealership to anyone for service. I did not deal with the sales end of your dealership I have no comment except to say that the person I did speak to was very polite.

Well, I did do business with Al, and I must say Al is the best. Answered all my questions, and helped at every step. So get your deal at Seguin Chevrolet. Talk to Al Pena. Youll be glad you did.

David is super about advocating for his buyers. Do your "shopping" online, then all your salesman has to do is play defense. Know what you want when you go in. That said, go with your financing "in hand" at time of test drive. All in all, good inventory, decent folks, fine experience.
