Bought a sofa last November. I like the sofa made by Natuzzi very much. At that time ordered a ottoman to match. Ottoman came about 4 months later and it was the wrong color. Reordered it with my salesperson and another one came this past Friday. After waiting 7 months for the right color ottoman again it was the wrong color. Getting credit on my account was not a problem and my salesperson was very nice but very irritating this high end stores vendor Natuzzi cant get something right. Will not be returning to this store for future furniture needs.

Copenhagen Imports is a hidden gem in San Antonio! This store has tasteful, modern furniture and top-notch customer service. The prices may be a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for here. The furniture is extremely high quality and is the type that does not go out of style quickly, if ever. Such nice people at this place! Amazing selection of modern decor! Got some chairs here and they fell off the trailer on the way home! It was my fault because a strap broke! Went back and they pulled the floor models and wrapped them up and took care of us! Would not get modern furniture anywhere else in town unless we make it for you !
