Worst customer service ever! Ashley the suppose to be account manager was incompetent, and could not tell me how much my payments was before i added additional items on my account, could not tell me when my payments changed. Would not listen to the customer at all kept hanging up the phone and screaming. Never experienced such bad customer service. Spoke with manager he didnt care this store is a franchise not corporate and is horrible since they became a franchise. Will loose many clients due to lack of respect for their clients. Havertys will keep my business I refuse to spend another penny with Badcock $15,000.... later they loose plenty of customers.

They are very snooty and racist in there. Used to be an employee and was let go for theft "another" employee took part in. Had zero to do with the incident. Store owner didnt even be honest with reason for firing. Said he "couldnt afford me anymore" they also draw on furniture with permanent markers just to make a sale. If its not brand new DONT GET IT.

The delivery guys broke a drawer in the dresser that was delivered, along with putting holes in my new drywall. I fixed the drywall myself but its been 2 months now and I still dont have a replacement dresser drawer that thier employees damaged. This is unacceptable for any company.

The staff was very friendly and helpful Mary was wonderful. I would have gave five stars but one of the guys that came out to bring my furniture complained the whole time and he told me that he accepts tips as soon a he came trough my door, but other than that I love Badcock.

In a span of 2 months...i finally got my beds fixed. They always gave me the run around and came out a few times to fix them. Every time they came, they were missing parts. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I will NEVER do business with them again.

They were very helpful with questions we had and they left us alone to look around and between ourselves. We got a couch it messes up and with in 2 weeks it was replaced with a brand new one. never had a problem with them

Walk around store 15 minutes without being greeted finally walked pass the salesperson to leave he just stood there looking at us still not even saying hello or anything very poor customer service
