After a long search for a particular Durango it was found to be on its way to this dealership. The dealer weve been working with phoned this dealer, and found out it was ordered, but not sold. After several phone calls with multiple people at Robert Green, it was decided this vehicle would be ours. 10 days later, my dealer got a phone call saying oops, we were mistaken, this is sold. Now, after 10 wasted days, and needing a vehicle yesterday, we have to start all over. This Robert Green dealership sucks!

zero stars. I took my Jeep in for an oil change. The techs tightened the drain plug so much that it rounded off the bolt and now it is seized on.

Service department sucks . Put the wheel lugs on so tight I broke my lug wrench trying to get them off , they told me it was my fault WTF
