Store is clean, bathrooms are almost always messy when we go there (they should seriously remodel the store to add restrooms near the pharmacy - Ive been to several Kroger owned stores across the US, and this one should be put on the soon-to-be renovated, especially since it is the only one for several miles and towns in the area). Only complaint - rude customer service and employees disrespecting each other in front of customers. As well as bagging help walking away as I am next in line with my kids - extremely rude! Two cashiers and a bagger talked for 2 minutes while I waited for them to start ringing me up. Then the bagger walks away. Then come to find out the cashier rang up an item 3 times (2x incorrect price and 1x correct price keyed in). Then had to wait in a line of 5 at customer service for 10 mins for them to correct it! Doing this being the only parent with 2 little kids is no easy task. There are other stores in the area we will take our business to - sad since we have been weekly Kroger customers for over 10 years.

I have always loved Kroger. This was My first time going to this Kroger and I have no complaints. The employees are outstanding. They were so friendly. The cashier gave each of my 4 kids a piece of candy, then let us know if we stop by the bakery they will give the kids a cookie. The store was clean, and the bathrooms were also.

Service here sure has declined. I can remember when guys offered to take your groceries out and u got service with a smile. I end up having to bag my own groceries half the time now. Sad!
