I went in to see about my phone not working and there was a bald headed Gentlemen that stared at me and my friend up-and-down and was mumbling smart stuff and he was employee so that was the 1st straw.2nd and last straw was when i was finally greeted by a worker and he Proceeded to check my phone out to see what the problem was but how you went about the situation he act like I was lying Like I stole the phone or something and I told him if you dont believe me about my phone check my account b/c this is documented inside After that situation was handled in I get a new SIM card he was short with me if you work with customer-service/customers you need to have a better attitude you and your fellow employees and Im coming all the way from Fort Campbell Kentucky but I will never come-back to this location I will stick to Clarksville Tennessee by the that rep was very chunky with curly hair

The day shift reps are awesome, HOWEVER dont even think of going to the store anywhere NEAR closing time. Store would have gotten 4 or more stars if it werent for the night shift locking their doors 30min early. Wifes LG tablet just stopped working at 8pm on the second day we had it so since their posted hours of operation is 10am to 9pm I quickly packed it up and took off to the AT&T store. Got there at 8:30pm and the doors are locked. There were 3 employees there, 2 reps and 1 appears to be some kind of management, who just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid as I pulled on LOCKED doors. No explanation, no appology, no reaction, just blank stupid stares. HORRIBLE. Will ONLY recommend going during the DAY TIME. The closing shift needs to be replaced in a bad way.

Went in today to inquire about changing my current device to an Iphone 6. The lady who called me up was rude from the start! I greeted her and no response back, she immediately asked how can I help in a sluggish way! No smiles and she kept getting frustrated when I asked a question. She asked to see my license and when i gave it to her she dropped it on the desk with no care! When she left to go retrieve the phone I got up and walked out. This is unacceptable shes lucky I didnt call her out in front of everyone for her attitude! I will not return to this location nor will my colleagues!

Purchased a new Galaxy s5 with ATT and it broke within 3 months of normal use. AT&T store was unable to fix it and demanded shipping charges and fees to turn it in for warranty. AT&T store manager David was unable to cancel service and reset my passwords without my knowledge so I could not cancel service myself. Charges continued without a functional phone. Promised refunds never materialized. DO NOT DEAL WITH ATT Hopkinsville KY! Stay away from Manager David!

I tried to call the store 6 times today, and waited on hold each time just to get hung up on each time. Was told I would receive my tablet in the mail and have yet to receive it.Then my husband got a tablet the same day mine was ordered, and there was a hairline Crack in it the day after I call and they tell me there is nothing they can do even though it was the day after. Worst service ever!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Id call ahead or use the app to schedule an appointment during peak hours, you can only stare at phones, tablets, accessories and the big screen streaming DirecTV for so long while you wait when theyre busy.
