This location is a mess, starting with awfull parking... It was really crowed about 6pm There was a lot of stocking going on with boxes and shopping carts full of empty boxes though out the store... The store seemed a little dirty and dated. A display over by soup area which contains fresh baked bread was missing one of its doors. The doors to the muffin display were nasty to the touch. And God for bid... if you want a fresh made sandwich, after wainting over 15mins, finally the guy behind the counter says to me I have to get these chickens out on the shelf before he could help me... It would 5mins. I thought OK 5mins no biggie, however 5mins tured into 15mins, guess he had more chickens then he realized. After he finished putting out the chickens he decided he was going to wash the dishes. That was enough for me, after waiting 25mins and still NO sandwich. I went to ask the Manger for help, she said she would speak with guy, meanwhile she would make my sandwich herself. Well after she went and talked to the guy and he proceed to argue and fight with her i figured i had wasted enough of my time waiting it was now going on 30mins and still had no sandwich, I was done. Horrible customer service, dirty unkempt store. I wont be returning here.

Went here for the first time tonight and was so remarkably displeased because the bacon I picked up was putrid and leaking--something I didnt discover until making it to the counter and seeing (not to mention smelling) that the fluids had leaked over all the other groceries in my cart. Needless to say, I smelled the terrible rotting meat smell throughout my walk through the store, but assumed that there was perhaps some sort of spill that had been unattended or some excuse. So disgusted when I get to the counter and all my groceries end up smelling like rancid meat. Luckily the register lady was nice enough to wipe off some of the leaked juice, but then she informed me that this was the second time this had happened in the span of a couple days. I was mortified. You mean to tell me that this happened before and yall didnt handle it?? Just do yourself a favor and CHECK THE MEATS, PEOPLE. Clearly this place doesnt do quality checks. I was looking for a more affordable alternative to Whole Foods, but safe and not rancid products are worth the extra money. Customer service was decent, but I wont be coming back.

Beware of cheap discounted products. The 98 cent strawberries looked nice but the box leaked juice all over my dress when I took it out of the shopping bag, and when I opened the box a quarter of the berries were rotten. EW. Although not surprising now I think about it since the shelf these were on in the store was completely lacking any cooling system. Also, the seemingly experienced cashier mistook my bag of nectarines for peaches and had to re-ring them (the fruit all have code stickers on them, so why?!), and then packed my stuff really badly so the plastic fruit bags were all tangled up in the straps of my shopping bag. I had to spend several minutes untangling the mess and missed my bus home because of it.

Sprouts is great for your local fruit and vegetables. They have a good selection that your everyday Ralphs wont carry. This is good for me because I often get a craving for Asian fruits, and there really isnt anywhere close by in West LA that can sell dragon fruit, cherrimoya, Asian pear, etc. I also love their bulk mushrooms! Sometimes you can get lucky and find giant portabellos. In fact, I love everything bulk. I feel like theres a lot less packaging and I can get the exact amount of grains, snacks, salad, etc. that I want. I try to stay away from the dairy case. Their cheeses and cured meats are pricier and if you can run to Trader Joes, its a lot cheaper.

First I want to pay attentions to all parents to check the expiration date before buying baby and kids food. I have found on the shelf kids food with expired date about a month ago. This is a ridiculous. TODAY, AGAIN I HAVE FOUND A PRODUCT WITH EXPIRED DATE !!! The product was ORGANIC EGGS !!! I have spoke with THE STORE MANAGER (young lady) and show the expired product which I have found on the shelf, but her answer was just one simple APOLOGIES. I’m so disappointed and I can’t believe how is possible that. All this is unacceptable. I have upload 2 pictures with proof of what Im concerned. SPROUTS is a good store but the quality food control needs to be improve.

My new go to spot. I usually grab 5 lunches on Monday to eat throughout the week. I used to go to food trucks that park outside of our office buildings (too expensive), and then I would walk to Traders (too far), and then I would stop at Gelsons on my way to work (way too expensive) and Sprouts was just right. On my commute, nice prepared meals that were about $5 (salmon, tandoori chicken, pot roast, caesar salad). Customer service is a little lacking (Gelsons wins hands down in this department) but price and variety is fairly good. Tons of bulk items too (from protein powder to cinnamon cashews) which is pretty cool too.

I really like this market. I was pretty stoked when they opened one up in West wood. Love their bulk bins with a huge selection of dried fruits, candies, granola, and chocolate covered EVERYTHING! I also enjoy their delicious and fresh sushi!! They have fresh produce and all sorts of healthy snacks and goodies. I consider this place a fusion of whole foods and trader joes: Sandwich bar, deli, great meat section, bakery, aisle of vitamins and body care, olive bar (my fave), fresh produce, and so much more. They also have a parking lot so you dont have to worry about parking on the busy streets.

I love Sprouts! They have a great selection of everything in the store that you need and more. Its almost like a cheaper version of Whole Foods but better. Ive never had a customer service issue. Everyone is really nice. Their weekly ad deals are great. Great selection of bulk items, organic, grass-fed, and vegan items. I feel happy grocery shopping here and I use to hate and avoid it in places like Ralphs or Vons. This location is awesome and they have two areas to park. I highly recommend grocery shopping at any Sprouts in general. Great selection of supplements and vitamins as well.

This Sprouts is in the perfect location. Especially because it offers healthy, fresh produce thats not otherwise available at other nearby grocers. This place has ample parking (two levels) and the store itself is small/quaint, so you can find what you want relatively quickly. The workers are nice, and they have nice orchids for sale! My only thing is it takes a while to check out, but not too long and even then its a small price to pay for the great service.

Only been here once and I was amazing by the amount of food and vendors there were. I didnt try much, but what I did try was really good. Of course, I went to Roli Roti for the best Porchetta Sandwich ever and to down it I got Aguas Frescas just a few steps down. Definitely worth the trouble of coming here. I am sure there is something here for you even if you are a very picky eater!
