This is MY grocery store. I say that because I feel so comfortable with going there after all these years. When moving to the area I tried a few other grocery stores but they just didnt feel like the place I wanted to shop, wasnt like what I was used to. The staff is so nice and friendly, they remember my name and are always quick to smile and say hello. The produce is pretty good and I get about 90% of my produce here. I find they have good deals and the assortment of food I like. I highly recommend this store if you dont already have your go to grocery store.

Not too long ago I needed some crab legs for a VIP coming to my house. Upon arrival the seafood guy was a total jerk and refused to help me because he had started to close the area down, but it was earlier than usual. So i went to the manager who did what a great manager does - he made his subordinate hook me up with what I wanted. I resisted the urge to stick my tongue out at the sub-noob as I sauntered away with my seafood. Im a grown ass woman. However I do know how to tell a better story so I told all my friends & fam I did

they have really stepped up their stock to reflect the competition with Wholefood down the street. Having the staples and Rite Aid (soon to be Walmart) within the same location makes this a good one stop experience. Plenty of parking and accommodations for people with disabilities, like wide isles, easy to reach shelves, etc.

Walk into store today to get a hot soup from deli but happens that they forgot to put the soups today. They said there sorry they forgot to cook them today. Shame on you guys, so if you are heading to this store in the future you should call in first to see if they have what they advertise they have.

Great easy parking which is very enjoyable for LA. The location is also convenient. However Ralphs is a bit more expensive than it needs to be, they do have decent deals with their card, but its not exactly a steal. Selection is a bit on the smaller side but the employees are pretty kind.

So many of my reviews are so heavily influenced by the staff. This Ralphs has an amazing staff! Especially at the deli/bakery. I mean, its a grocery store. What are you hoping for? Oh. Wow. Okay.... So, no. I cant. Sorry. But.... I know someone who might.

This is my neighborhood Ralphs, the employees here are courteous and diligent in making sure you find what you need,great sales on your staples products and quick checkout, they always have my favorite deli products, like my Boars Head Deli Meats and Cheeses

Mostly better than Vons although they are sometimes weirdly in low supply of things (they were out of Gatorade last time I was there). Never seen lines be too bad. And for west LA parking lot is pretty good.

This Ralphs is clean and parking is usually easy. The workers are nice and helpful. However, the selection is limited because its a bit smaller than other locations.

I prefer the Ralphs on Olympic, which is very close, as it is larger and has better service. The Ralphs on Olympic makes shopping for men almost enjoyable.
