I ordered the right and left lower control arms for my 2005 dodge dakota. I told the gentleman the right information. He tells me that it is a special order and will be here tomorrow at 9am. I went to another register where another gentleman took my cash and gave me a receipt(we confirmed the information). On my way home, I noticed my receipt says 2004 dodge dakota. I called and spoke to the gentleman who ordered the parts. He tells me that he ordered the right parts, and that the second gentleman wrote(by mistake) 2004 dodge dakota on the warranty section. Once again, he assured me that he ordered the lower control arms for a 2005 dodge dakota. The next day, I picked up the order and on the box of each arm there was a receipt that said 2004 dodge dakota. I opened one box and I immediately noticed that it was the wrong part my truck. I go back inside and the gentleman confirms with the computer that indeed it was the wrong part. We ordered the right parts and he tells me that it will be here the next day. ( In the mean time, my truck is at shop waiting for these parts..I have no car). The following day, I called and they informed me that the lower control arms arrived. I go to the store to pick my order, and come to find out, they only have 1 lower control arm. They gave a story that FEDEX made a mistake, and shipped the other arm to Pennsylvania. I told the gentleman that I am having a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE AND HOW INCOMPETENT THEY ARE AT THIS...... In a business where attention to detail is critical, there guys failed miserably. I delivered the right lower control arm to my mechanic, and called AutoZone to make sure they have the left one.( Because by this time, I am not sure if these guys can count, or are able to tell the difference between right and left) .....SO I HAD TO MAKE SURE....I am praying I get the right part on time......

My daughter went to Autozone tonight because her battery in her car seemed weak. She has a one year old son and didnt want to have a dead battery while he was with her. She went into the store to buy a battery and she needed it installed. She never thought there would be a problem since Autozone advertises free installation. She was told there was no one to help her. They didnt have enough people in the store. There were no lines at all. It didnt seem to bother this employee to be alone in the store so his coworker could stand out front to smoke his cigarette!!! This apst summer my battery died in the parking lot in the afternoon. I went into the store and purchased a battery and I had asked for someone to help me since I had no tools. I was told it was lunch time and no one could help me...When can they help???? I returned the battery and had to get my 80 year old father away from his lunch at the restaurant next door to jump my car...I went to advanced auto where the helped me without a hesitation.....By the way my daughter also went to advanced auto tonight and they had no problem helping... Autozone doesnt follow through with their claims of service....

Didnt give me the right part that I needed for my jeep which was very simple, all I needed was stock lug nuts the guy at the counter gave me ones and said these are the right ones you need, come to find out they arent the right size and they arent they right stud head and as well they are for figment rims not stock. I called to see if I can have them exchange but they wouldnt allow it with no receipt even tho I bought it with my credit card Im sure its in the system to look up. Never again will I buy parts from your store. Poor sales associate with customer service and poor service over all.

A BETTER STORE THAN STUPID ADVANCE AUTOPARTS GOOD PRICES ON MOST STUFF I RECOMEND THEM FOR THE PEOPLE WHINING ABOUT GETTING WORK DONE THERE GET A MECHANIC THESES GUYS ARENT A REPAIR SHOP THEIR IN THE PARTS SALES BUSINESS

Ordered me wrong oil filter and I only found out while driving on highway. Entire engine blew up and engulfed in flames. Staff act like they belong in movie "Dumb and Dumber".

Staff does not as helpful with adding and removing car batteries as other AutoZone locations. This is the second time I had to install my own car battery.
