Im beyond pissed off and angry. I came in to get new tires and they told me two hours, okay fine. After 2 hours I went in and they said itll be another 2. That was a month ago. Now, a month later I am having problems with my tires. So I made an appointment and was told an hour, fine; I walked the mall. After two hours I went in to find out whats going on and they said my car is NOW being taken in. Are you kidding me?!? Talked to the manager and all he said was "sorry, nothing I can do. We are behind" After another half hour goes by I ask what the problem is and said " I have no time to answer questions or interrupt them to find out". What was the point of making an appointment. I dont care how backed up you are, call and inform me that the time has changed. Im beyond pissed. Ive never received such horrible service in my life. Extremely unprofessional manager and the fact that he wont even find out what was wrong so I know what Im paying for making it worse. What a waste of time and money. Dont bother getting your car serviced here. You get treated better by dealerships and they actually get to your car in a timely manner. Im extremely disappointed.

My wife brought our van in for a battery change and it turned out that the alternator needed replacement, too. They told her it would be $325 for the new alternator, $51 for labor, and $50 for a new serpentine belt. She told them to do it, since she didnt want a bad alternator to kill the new battery. I called to tell them I thought the price was too high for the alternator, since I could get a new Motorcraft one for $214. I even asked if he was using Motorcraft. He said I dont know what brand it is and I cant do much about the price. When my wife got home, I looked under the hood and saw the "remanufactured" sticker on the alternator. Not only did I pay more that I should have, I payed way more than I should have for a "used" alternator. Now I know why he wouldnt tell me the brand. He didnt want to tell me it was remanufactured. I then checked for remanufactured alternator prices and found out I could get one for $150. I payed $200 more than I should have and they wouldnt even take off a few bucks to appease me. Ill never go there again!

Asked them to diagnose a problem. They called me to tell me one thing they found and how they dont want to proceed because I can probably do it myself for cheaper. I appreciate that but asked them if they could continue to look to tell me what else is wrong with the car. They proceeded to look and called me back to tell me that they didnt want to touch it because there were brand new parts in the car and they didnt want to accept any liability. Interesting, an old car with new parts that have been replaced voids people working on it? Update: I picked up the car and the noise is worse than when I dropped it off. Considering the issue they found had to do with loose bolts on the brake caliper and wheel bearings Im surprised they were willing to let me drive away with it without at least tightening them. Absolute horrible service. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They tried over charging me. Said a job would be $4000 that I took somewhere for $600. They kept saying because foreign car going to be expensive, had to call me back. Told me I had 3 control arms on the rear driver side, said never saw that. Complete lie! Horrible for a people the name of great company as sears they should be honest and trustworthy, conduct themselves according to the names integrity. This is not the 1st issue Ive had with them. Scheduled an appointment, waited in waiting room watching everyone go by me while they forgot to get my car from the lot. Then said it was too late they were closing, my appointment was 11am. Didnt get my car in to be looked at till 5pm! All the while sitting in the waiting room. I didnt even ask them or question why taking so long.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! DONT GO HERE. Never called me when my car was done and when my fiance and I did call, they kept putting us on hold and forgetting about us then the phone would hang up, this happened FIVE TIMES!! While my fiance was on "hold" I called on my cellphone and had to scream helloooo so I wouldnt get put on hold. Just to find out if my car was done being serviced. Then, when we walked into Sears we waiting on line and the guy behind the desk was on his cell phone!! While his phone rang and rang and rang some more, he never picked up. He just kept looking at his phone and texting. I wish I could post the picture and video I took. This is just ridiculous, I would expect better service from a well known establishment like Sears.

I had a flat tire and brought my car to this place. It was early in the morning so there were only two cars ahead of me and was told it would only take about 30-45 minutes. All they had to do was remove the nail and patch it up, for someone who knows what theyre doing that shouldnt take more than 20-25 minutes. I was waiting there for an hour and a half before I luckily had someone pick me up and take me to work. I was told by this person that my car had been ready for a while and was just sitting there. Horrible customer service run by a bunch of young kids who could care less. Do not bother going there unless you like to see 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. Worthless.

I called this auto center and asked if I could get an oil change this evening. "Chris" told me "Yes." I told hiim that I was approximately 20 minutes away. He said, "No problem; were open till 8:00." I left my house immediately and got there within 20 minutes, at approximately 7:10. The service manager said he was not taking any more cars this evening When I told him I had just called and Chris told me to come in, all he said was "He should have looked outside [in the service area]." There were only 2 car in the shop area. The manager offered no apology; no nothing. Ill never go back.

Made an appointment for today at 11am for an alignment. Brought it in, figured it wouldnt take that long walked around the mall for 2 hrs. Went back was still on the machine. Almost 5 hrs later now its finally done. Had a Groupon that gave me a 40% discount that was the only positive thing about it. Dont bring your car here unless you want to spend the day at the mall or have a way back home.

Customer service definitely not on their list of priorities. I had an appointment but did not get checked in until 30 mins later. There were 3 guys that were too busy to acknowledge the line that was building up. Then when I got to the front of the line Vlad says YES ...... as if we were bothering him. This place will be out of business soon hopefully
