Got a beautiful huge basket filled with 7 different green plants. I tore it down, and put in flower pots. As I was doing this I discovered there was quite a bit of pest damage to the leaves. I have an awful lot of houseplants myself and I know how to care for them. None of my plants were like these, so I called to ask the names of them. My Niece bought them for my 63rd Birthday. I figured that way I could look them up & see what kind of chemicals too use to fix them. The girl ask her boss and then comes back to me and says "You cant bring that basket back if its not in the same condition it was when you received it" I can understand that! BUT I never ask for refund. For the size of this basket Im sure my niece payed big bucks, I just wish they would put little labels in with the names of them. By the way I dont think the one that looks kinda like the Prayer Plant is gonna make it. My Birthday was August 22nd 2017- today is August 23rd 2017. Have a great day

If i could give a negative star i would. I worked at this establishment for 2 years. If you believe in human rights i would stay away from this place. I was repeatedly told i was living in sin, that i was a child for being on my moms insurance (im a 21 year old who lives on her own with multiple pain causing chronic conditions) they mocked and sneered at every gay couple that walked in and the words of hate and judgement nearly tore me apart. the manager (dear, sharon) is a horrible person. she was hateful the entire time i was there.. mean and very condescending. nothing was ever done about it. I ended up quitting due to needing to rid the negativity from my life. if you have gay friends or believe in equality for all.. do yourself a favor and boycott this place. they all believe everyone else but themselves will rot in hell for their sins. marsha is super cool though. shes a gem.

Used this florist for my wedding this summer. I had to drive from Grand Rapids to Kalamazoo for 2 different meetings to confirm what I wanted with the florist in person. Still, on the day of my wedding, I was shocked to see the flowers that were delivered. They were so different from what the florist had discussed with me that they clashed with our decor. I guess they thought that a bouquet of pink and red roses (I made sure they knew I hate roses) would somehow blend together and be the solid bright pink bouquets I was hoping for. Also, it must have been my fault that I only said "no greenery" about ten times...maybe eleven would have made them listen. Lastly, the quality was very poor since the boutineers were falling apart before the ceremony was even finished.

I ordered flowers yesterday for the anniversary of my Dads passing. I was so pleased with how they looked on the altar today that I just had to write a word of praise. I have been a customer of Ambati for years. They were recommended by my church and several organizations because of their excellent customer service and superior product. I absolutely agree. I started using Ambati exclusively because I noticed that their blooms were fresher, lasted longer and they had a larger selection. I am also very happy with their arrangements. I typically prefer cut flowers. Ambati go the extra mile to make their customers happy, and are very happy to do a more modern arrangement when asked. I recommend Ambati without hesitation. They are terrific.

Ambatis claim is "Our flowers last longer" and they most certainly do. I have used Ambati for just about everything. I always send my mother a beautiful bouquet of the flowers she carried at her wedding on her anniversary, and every time I call whoever answers the phone has the best answers to all of my questions (what is the best way to display, how many should I purchase, etc.). I loved using Ambati so much that I used them for my own wedding. My flowers came exactly as I ordered them, on time, and at the right location! I LOVE Ambati and recommend them to anyone who asks!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM AMBATI FLOWERS! Do yourself a favor and just stop at the gas station or grocery store and save $40, as the $55 arrangement we ordered looked like a $7 grocery store arrangment. The arrangement was SPARCE and was not multi-colored as requested. The owner argued with me about the bouquet HE arranged and REFUSED TO DO ANTHING. This was just a single bouquet; Im certainly glad I did not use them for a large wedding order or funeral!!! STAY AWAY FROM AMBATI FLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Ambati flowers for my wedding. I worked with Sharon. She was best! She was creative, funny, understood my vision, and was didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what I wanted (read, she was patient). I didnt have a large flower budget and she worked within the guidelines and didnt make me feel cheep. I got so many compliments on my flowers! I would hands down recommend them.

Dont use this business. I ordered flowers for delivery from them. The flowers never got delivered to the person at all and my credit card still got charged. When questioned about it the store said they have no idea what happened to my flowers, very unreliable.
