Be careful ordering from the companys website. I ordered and received a confirmation and was not told until the day of that they 1) do not deliver to that part of Panama City and 2) do not have the flowers on hand. The owner called and offered many many excuses without giving any good suggestions on how to solve the issue. She would not allow the recipient of the flowers to pick them up (because she was going to be in and out of the shop she said, though why not the day after? or the day after that?) and did not direct me to any site where I could see/select a good substitute for what I wanted. Instead, she referred me to another local shop but how I am to pick out flowers over the phone is beyond me. I dont live in PC and spent more than an hour picking out the perfect bouquet for a loved ones birthday. The level of incompetence floors me. How can you stay in business if you just throw away customers? How can you satisfy customers if you simply make rambling excuses when you are not able to fulfill a request?

Ordered a last minute flower arrangement online for Mothers Day because original plans fell through. This order was successful. I realized I made a mistake and the delivery date was for the following week - called 10 times, left a voicemail, and sent an email over the following days. I never heard back until 11 days later when my credit card wouldnt go through and because they couldnt do the arrangement as pictured... never because of my messages. (Yes, they were going to ignore my messages and run my card and make the delivery anyway). Was told they "turned everything off because Mothers Day was so busy" and was asked if I "just wanted to cancel." Nothing on their voicemail or website alerted customers to this decision. Because of the disregard and because their response was to ask if I wanted to cancel I just went ahead and cancelled. I dont doubt the flowers are beautiful but this was very disappointing service.

I was geographically separated from my girlfriend and wanted to send her flowers. My parents were in town with my daughter visiting my girlfriend at the time, and I thought it would be nice to send my mother, girlfriend, and daughter some flowers. I spent roughly $230 in flowers to be delivered on Wednesday morning between 8:30-9:00 am. The order was placed the previous Saturday so there was plenty of planning time. In other words, this was not a rush order or rushed delivery plan. By 11:00 on Wednesday, the flowers had not arrived so I called to inquire. Pam stated that the van didnt make it to the shop until late that morning but my delivery would be the first to go out. Im extremely frustrated because I had spent a considerable amount of money for inadequate service. I try to support local businesses, but I will not be supporting this one anymore. I suggest you avoid it as well.

Didnt deliver everything. Flowers were beautiful, but I also ordered and paid for 2 mylar balloons to be delivered with the flowers. I found out that they didnt deliver the balloons just the flowers. I called the same day a few hours after they had delivered the flowers and told them the 2 mylar balloons that I had paid for were not delivered with flowers. She said they could deliver them the next day but I said no it wouldnt be the recipients birthday then. So they agreed to credit my credit card back for the balloons. Going on 1 week later my card had not been credited. I called and left a message. No one returned my call, so I called again the next day. I finally talked with someone and they said my card would be credited right after we got off the phone. I will not use this florist again. Even though the flowers were beautiful, they did not deliver balloons with flowers.

The flowers delivered to my mom were beautiful (my mom is pretty discriminating) and she was very pleased with them. They need to work on returning calls, but were very nice and I was VERY pleased with what I paid for and what I felt the value was. PLUS they delivered on Mothers Day, and they were prepared to hold the flowers if she wasnt home. I would never find anything like that in South Florida, and the customer service was very good. Ill use them again.

I just called to order a last minute arrangement to be delivered to a funeral tomorrow morning. Since my mother is sick and unable to attend the funeral, it is important to her that something special be sent on her behalf. Pam was patient and answered all of my (many) questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond to help me find an arrangement that I could afford and that my family would love. I am eager to see how the arrangement turns out.

Flowers by Pam is the best florist in Bay County, period. I cant believe they are not reviewed here. Pam has been my florist for over 15 years. Pams work is always immaculate from the first bouquet I gave my future wife to the flowers at our wedding. Even after moving across the country I still count on Pam to keep my mother and mother-in-law happy with her flowers.

I ordered flowers for our daughter that lives in Florida (we live in Georgia) and was not able to pick something personally. Pam went above and beyond my expectations to get the flowers delivered to our daughter! She loved the flowers so much, she took them with her on vacation!!

Worst service ever! When I arrived the service was awful and she had no excuse for the flowers not being done other than she had an emergency. Ended up going to publix to get flowers because I knew that, at least, was a guarantee. No one should ever use Pams to get flowers!
