Special Orders are a breeze for Omar and his crew!! I have been searching for a brown leather sofa with hobnail upholstery tacks ( but not the really shinny ones) for over a year. I have been to all the furniture stores Bernie & Phyls, Jordan, Cardis you name it and could not find exactly what I wanted. I found a few that were close but not quite exact. The prices for those stores were also outrageous. I stopped into HomeTown one day and explained my problem to Omar and he took me over to this big screen T.V. that was actually an interactive catalog and bam I found exactly what I had my heart set on not only did I get the exact couch I was looking for but the price was way way lower than the other furniture stores plus I have the option of renting to own or paying it off early yay and my cash stays in my pocket. I got such a good deal we were also able to afford to get the recliner to match! Even though it was a special order I got it so fast,Omar and his guys had it a week later and the 2 pieces were still lower than just the couch with those other guys!!!! I love love love my new couch it is so soft and comfortable and I will never go anywhere else ever again!!!!!Thank you so much HomeTown you have one very very satisfied customer for life <3

By far the best unbeatable prices around for your home furnishing needs , much better than Aarons and Rent A Center where the prices are high and the quality are insane , not to mention the customer service is amazing Omar and Christine took there time to find me and my husband the perfect bed room set and that was perfect with our budget. It really means a lot to a customer for the sales associate to take the time to find out what we were looking for in our price range with a out standing price and to be very caring and understanding of our needs. We have been looking for the right couch for our family room for over a year. Omar helped us look on the instore kiosk and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Scheduling delivery was very easy, flexible, and accommodating with our busy work schedules. The delivery crew was so professional and personable. Our two year son loved the moving truck and was just amazed with the unloading and moving of the furniture. The best part was the interaction of the delivery crew with our little curious and question-asking 2 year old. Well highly recommend and shop again and again at Hometown!!!

Professional delivery and set up, wrapped everything in blankets and plastic to ensure no damage occurred during the delivery process. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend using again. No high sales pitches, or feeling pressured, to purchase anything.
