Dont ever buy a phone from best buy , theyre in house / return policy is un expectable, I purchased the new HTC on December 21st 2013, and the charging port is not working any more (24 days later), and I just learned that the return policy is only 15 day. Why would you buy any product from a company who doesnt even back up there electronic products for more than 15 day? But, if you purchased the protection plan, then you get a loaner, until you phone returns from repair 7 days later.. I would have never imagined that a company as big as best buy would not cover there products for more than 15 day, wow, Please dont be fooled into thinking that when they say," you can return the phone if you dont like it within the 15 days of purchase " , because what there really saying is , if your phone breaks with in the 15 day period they will either repair it or give you another one., but after 15 days you have to send your phone to HTC and call them to confirm that you are not over the 1 year period and send it to HTC and be without a phone for 7 to 10 business days, (basically 2 weeks) So if you like to spend un due money and pay the 10.99 per month for insurance and pay another $150.00 for a surcharge for a new phone, then buy from best buy. screwed over customer.

I bought a new TV and when I got it home I was disappointed in the quality of the picture. I thought we may have installed it incorrectly. I went back to the store and talked with the General Manager, Ricky Masotta and he could not have been nicer.He suggested I try a couple of things and said if you are not totally happy you can bring it back. My husband and I were not happy with the TV and went back to the store and talked with Ricky and he had us talk with Ryan S about a different TV and he arranged for the new one to be delivered and the old one picked up. The new TV is great and we are very happy. We felt that Best Buy cared about us as a customer and wanted us to be happy. We now have a new friend, Trevor who is part of the geeksquad and we can call him with any questions we have. We are very happy with Best Buy and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is terrible. Employees have little no product knowledge. I went in for a projector and only one person in the store knew anything about them so I had to wait almost half an hour because he was with a customer. I ended up googling the info and making a decision based on what I found. After I picked out where it was I waited almost 15 minutes for them to get it for me because the associate who went to get it couldnt find it. Id give this place negative stars if I could

Spent over an hour trying to reach somebody in the store by phone call because I have two toddlers that would destroy the store in a second. After being confirmed that they could help me and I can go right in I drove there then being told that they do not take trade-ins that I would have to go to another location very disappointed at this. I went to Dartmouth location which had no power after driving all the way to Dartmouth I am one very unsatisfied customer.

WORST F***ING BEST BUY IVE EVER SEEN. ORDERED A NEW STOVE, MICROWAVE, REFRIDGERATOR, AND DISHWASHER.. TOOK THEM A MONTH TO DELIVER.. ON DELIVERY DAY THEY SHOW UP WITH JUST MY MICROWAVE AND DISHWASHER. HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A STOVE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. THE DISPATCHER EVEN SAID "THIS IS THE WORST RUN BEST BUY ALL EMPLOYEES ARE IDIOTS" If youre own dispatchers are calling your business pathetic it really must be. not to mention the managers were incompetent a**holes.

Terrible customer service. I bought a computer mouse and it did not work. I wanted to exchange item for a working mouse and they would not do the exchange with out a receipt. SO i bought same mouse and returned the next day to return the broken one with receipt. The manager saw me an remembered me from the other day and told store employee not to take the return. So i paid twice for one computer mouse. They will never get my business again.

I was having a great day until I met these two employees. Ruined my freaking day. They were so rude. I asked for help and they ignored me. Go to this place if you want your day to be ruined. I wish I could give this place negative stars. You shouldnt treat your customer like that. You should always know the difference between professional and personal life.

I Bought a VIDEO CARD for my PC and the one I bought had a lifetime warranty, so I replaced couple times with no problem, but broke again so I went there yesterday and the girl told me they dont cover the lifetime warranty any more, so I have to buy a new one. they su..k.
