My computer had a problem turning on. I brought the computer into Computer Escape for diagnostics and after about 3 days they called me back explaining how my motherboard had what they called "burst capacitors". Of course I had no idea what that meant so the tech really took the time to explain to me what it was all about and what were the possible causes. After talking to the tech for a few minutes we came to the conclusion it was probably caused by a power surge I had a month prior. Oddly enough the computer store I used before didnt pick up on this problem even though I had it in a few weeks prior. I am very happy with Computer Escape and would recommend them to anyone.

Always quality, honest work. They did a great job adding a solid state drive to my lap top. I then had them do a repair on my nieces iphone. I would have been happy to pay them up to $100 for the repair of the phone, but he found a small problem and only charged me $10. Really good people over there.

This shop is just amazing the quality and expertise is wonderful. Conveniently located with easy parking. O but they also can fix your computer remotely. I have needed that a few times. Just a great place..
