The times Ive entered the store have left me with a bad taste. The first problem, which has happened each time, was the utter lack of knowledge the employees have. Im not talking just technical knowledge about an item, but also the lack of even knowing what items are available. I asked if they had ANY laptops with blu-ray drives. The kid who was helping me didnt have a clue; he ended up asking someone else and together they checked each computer individually. Its not like there were hundreds of computers, there were under 10 total. But he acted as if I was inconveniencing him! Its your job sparky. I experienced another issue, not related to me personally, on the same day. While I was waiting for help, a man asked another employee where a product was located. The kid asked the man, "Do we even have that?" The man, looking dumbfounded, said, "If I knew that, would I be asking?" The kid responded with, "Well, I dont know then sir. It was incredibly rude. The man walked out. Another issue I have with Staples in general is, why are products so limited in the store? A for instance of what I am talking about: If you look at Staples online you can find 155 SDHC memory cards. In the store itself, there are 6 and they are the higher priced ones.

Its really a shame they hire people that are just so plain rude, specifically in the Copy Center. I have been talked back to MULTIPLE times, given attitude, been told Ive been lying, and even talked to management, to which I was told they "wish they could fire ___". I have tried multiple times, to give this store a chance, because its closer to me, but I will now be driving out of my way to avoid this store... Shame on you, Staples, for closing down North Hampton, where employees were polite and knowledgeable of their jobs, and instead, keeping the Seabrook store, which is quite the polar opposite. There is rare exception, which includes a handful of managers who try their hardest to polish this "turd"of a store, and people such as George, on the floor, that work hard to make people happy. I am a Business owner that needs a good amount of printing and you have officially lost my business at this location, and slowly all locations period. I have been forced to order things online and gone to other print shops, just to avoid this store.

I went to Staple in Seabrook,NH to get a map from Google Earth enlarged and printed , 5 times. First they couldnt do it because of copy Right laws and each trip after that was something else. After I gathered all of the info to get the copy Right Permission, a tall,redhead man in the copy center was so obnixous and rude and told me that they didnt do that kind of work so I left again. My next trip back an young man took my info and sent a fax to Google Earth and left me standing while he went to pack purchases at the checkout. I sent an email to the manager who did answer me a few days later and asked me to come to the store and he would try to straighten things out. I was at this point in time, so mad, I went back and he was very nice,took all of the info that I needed to have printed and placed to order to have it done. He asked if I was okay with all of this and I thanked him and told him that I will never enter that store again !

Bought a chromecast from this store. Got home and the seal on the box was broken, the connector was bent (almost off) and the entire charging unit was missing. I drive back an hour after I bought with receipt and explained that I think I was given someones broken return and I was met with an attitude and an argument from the clerk that they dont put returns on the shelf. This attitude was shared by the manager. They finally let me get a replacement after a five minute plea that I did in fact just buy it and the seal was broken so it was clearly owned previously. After I come back with my new chromecast the clerk is wiggling the connector and tells me its supposed to have wiggle room. I tell her I own another one of these and that is not true. She rings it up, tosses my new chromecast back on the counter and says "There you go." Ill never come back to this Staples ever again. Extremely rude. Worst customer service Ive ever received.

Worst staples location I have ever been too. I waited in line at the ups shipping area for over 20 minutes before anybody came over to ask if we needed assistance. I tried to ship a package internationally, the young man at the shipping center had no idea what he was doing, the manager would not come over and help him, and when asked to help he gave an attitude and told him to find somebody else to help him. The manager was nowhere to be found after that, I will never do business here again. I think the store could use a new staff, and most certainly a new manager.

Donnie really helped me this evening regards sending a fax that was very important to me that needed to be received asap. It is employees like him that encourage me to return to a particular store because of the service and help that I receive. I know he is doing his job and what is expected of him, however, when they are courteous with a positive attitude, that makes all the difference. So, thank you Donnie

I had a lot of questions when buying a new computer. "Ben" and "Chuck" could not have been nicer & more helpful. They did not overwhelm me w/ technical details but they also did not talk down to me. They informed me about sales & when the "deals" expired - just all in all as helpful as anyone could ask. I would definitely recommend this Staples & I will shop here again. VF 4-15-2011

I purchased a cell phone there and Paul, the Asst. Manager stayed late. I called recently for him to order me a laptop. Got that with the $99 install package to transfer data and they continued to provide service for the next few weeks. I also purchased a new printer and mouse. I love going in there and also use the copy center. I dont know what Id do without them in Seabrook!

I have been working with Print Services on and off for a few months, 700 to 1000 page print jobs, and theyve been dynamite. Pricing is competitive with other print shops, turnaround times have overall been excellent. This does not hold for all Staples Print Services, but the one in Seabrook is aces. -- Frank S.

The new look and availability of so many computer selections is amazing. The staff is always helpful and I always feel like they are keeping my best interests in mind. The manager is always available if you need him and the tech support is personal and better than any I have found from other chain stores Lisa N

Tom did a great job helping me find what I was looking for. Im an objectively difficult person to deal with, but he was very professional, and had a great attitude, when he didnt have an answer, he said "I dont know, Ill find out", and then he did. Thank you Tom!
