Went for a few things and cashier noticed that my parrot food bag was torn. She sent a young kid to get another one and he came back with parakeet food so I told him the parrot food is right beside it. Waited for ten minutes and he never came back. One of the CSI went to go back and get one and came back after almost another ten minutes and said there was no more when I knew there was. So I just grabbed the bag from her and she THOUGHT she was going to get snippy with me but when I asked why he didnt come back her excuse was there was no more. So I told her he should have come told me not just disappear. My fiance went to go back and get another bag because we both knew she was lying and he found the boy that was sent in the first place just walking around and asked him if he was the one looking for bird food and the kid said "well its not my department... Maybe if he went back and looked in the first place rather than strolling around the area he would have found it! Never have I encountered such incompetent people as I did today. Hopefully they get there stuff together because at that rate they will loose major business!!!

This used to be the worst Wallmart I have been to, but in the past year it has grown larger and improved in product variety a lot but mostly in the grocery section. There arent many sales associates on the floor to help you if you need it and it can be hard to find them. There is rarely anyone at the key counter and the first time I went there, I had to wait 15 minutes for assistance and the associate that helped me wasnt even from that department and made a key that didnt work. The customer service employees are usually rude and have a bad attitude. The pharmacy employees are really nice and helpful. The home/kitchen areas could use more of a variety of products. I dont like how a lot of people smoke right next to or in front of the front entrance. (Employees and customers)

There is limited parking during peak hours. Also construction going on often as they convert it from a regular Walmart to Supercenter. Over the last month, the meat cases and some other refrigerator goods areas have been empty. It is hard to find people on the sales floor to help. I waited 15 minutes at the counter in the back to have a key made. Finally I found someone to flag down who wasnt even a Walmart employee. Just a merchandiser who offered to have someone called to come over and help me. I noticed the employees often hang out in front of the store on benches where customers could sit, Smoking there cigarettes and gathering in a group. It is rather uncomfortable to approach the bench area with them loitering there often.

I dont know how a Walmart can be so different but this one is. Lets start with the produce, its fresh and displayed and arranged well. The person responsible for the stocking in this store should be training all the produce locations at Walmart. I asked to meet that person and can tell you that she is a bundle of pride in doing her job. Now the rest of the store is the same way, the people here seem to really care and go the extra mile in not only helping you but passing with a friendly hello. This store should be reviewed by by the home office because people here care. The manager must put in allot of effort into interviewing the new hires. Super place to shop.

I was at the Dartmouth location ready to check out a around 8pm after last min xmas shopping. There was a young man (didnt think to get his name) he saw an elderly lady with a carriage full of things and she looked upset as she saw the long lines. The young man walked over to her and offered to help her check out as he was getting ready to end his night but would take her at his register and reopened his line. She ask him why would he do that for her and he simply replied that it was xmas and he liked to see happy customers. I thought that was so sweet of him and had to share that with everyone. Good job kiddo.

Go early, because in the evening and night, they have boxes and boxes stacked every where and it makes it very hard to navigate! This is the super center, w a grocery, and its usually well stocked and easy to find everything you need! The clearance isle could use a bit of organization, tho. Great craft section, I check it often for changing merchandise and clearance prices!

I go there because of one of your greeters,hes a young light skinned kid who always makes me smile with his enthusiasm, usually I dread going to Walmart but he makes my experience so much better by being so exuberant and giving high fives and welcoming people he makes the environment so much better

Its walmart, need I say more? Lol. Several times I have found workers just chilling in the isles talking to each other. Needed shampoo and about 4 workers were standing there just talking and wouldnt move. When I said excuse me, they acted like I was bothering them.

There prices and selelection of products are very good employees are very helpful when you can find one its hard to go into the store with a list of what you want and always coming home with more than you wanted overall I think it is the best retail store overall

Well you already know WalMart is a place to see some weird people... this one is not the biggest wally world but you sure do get your share of weirdos. Prices are the usual wal mart low but would not recommend the store if youre looking for anything of quality.

Decent place. Pretty satisfied with the variety of products. Customer service was not that good as I found hardly a few sales representatives to help me out, and those that I found had didnt really seem to have the interest to help me out.

This Walmart is great. I have never gone here and not been able to find what I needed. It is very clean and well kept, the employees are helpful, they cater to caribbean and asian style cooking, and they have a self checkout which I love.

5 in the afternoon four cashiers on self checkout was the only option dont ever go to self checkout if you have produce and the funny thing is it wasnt produce for us it was produce for the lady asking for food out in front of the store

This Wal-Mart location is always very well stocked though it can be messy at times. The big problem is getting out of the store. The have 30+ registers but never have more that 8 open at a time. Long lines and poor morale are a problem.

This is my local Wal-Mart and my preferred choice for a lot of shopping needs. The parking actually isnt that bad. Some of the staff could brush up on their customer service skills but overall this is my go to place for a lot of items!!

Well stocked, friendly and helpful employees. Clean location and well maintained bathrooms. Open late (11pm) every night. Great food selection, electronics, bath and body products, clothing, toys, hardware, tools, and much more.
