I went check out just to have the cashier be incredably rude to me. She wouldnt look me in the eye, and was very offputting. When I asked to talk to the manager she rolled her eyes at me. It took the manager an absurd amount of time to arrive to speak with me. I waited for her so I could tell her about the rudeness of the cashier just to find that the manager was worse. She wouldnt listen to me and showed an unique ammount of unprofessionalism. She openly mocked my complaint and was aweful. I will not go there again until this management problem is fixed. It was a terrible experience and I am very upset.

Kmart is crap. I purchased a "warranty" for an Xbox controller and found out only after I needed to replace the thing that it was worthless. They conned me into buying a worthless $5 warranty that couldnt be used to replace the thing I actually purchased it for. Their staff was extremely rude and un-apologetic while I dealt with them. Dont go there...save yourself the aggravation and go to a real store where youre actually treated like a valued customer.

This store sucks!!!!! Avoid if possible!!! There is always one or two cashiers with like fifty customers....the employees are usually not friendly. And things are too overpriced. I live very close by so I have experienced their sucky service a few times. and im never going back!! Go to walmart!

Recently started to close at 8 pm which kind of defeats the purpose of going (as a last minute place to pick something up). Out of date and slow lines. Hit or miss with good customer service and the aisles are very compact.
