Every time I go to Radio Shack in Beverly I get excellent service, from buying new phones to programing them, transferring numbers ect... they helped me with everything and got my phone working in perfect order. Even when we ran into problems they made sure they were resolved and didnt drop the ball. I will say some of the associates are inexperienced, but you can always find a manager on site or an experienced sales person to take care of your needs. I love the coupon campaign they have going on right now, you can save tons, I got 18 batteries for two dollars and some change, that was a deal!!!!! Anyhow, Im thinking about purchasing an iphone and theres is no other place to go, but to Radio Shack, when I get that attack, I go to the Shack! :) The only grip I have is they run out of stuff on the shelves quite a bit which can be aggravating!

This store is a complete life saver for a resident of Beverly (or elsewhere, for that matter)! I can usually find the right connector, cable, wiring, splitter, battery, charger, digital tire gauge, cd player, flash memory cards, scanner, radio, cell phone, etc., etc., etc. The guys that work here are extremely helpful, usually finding that little something that I need. Also, thus far, every time have called to ask if they have something in stock, they immediately tell me on the phone. This has saved me so much time, especially when I am "futzing" around trying to put something back together instead of replacing it. One improvement that I would like to see..... that they start carrying EVERYTHING that I might possibly need!!!
