Very disappointed with the service of my laptop. Bought it in to get specific services and I come out with a laptop that has over 300 bucks worth of repairs and functions worse than when i brought it in. I had to stop by the store multiple times prior to it being fixed because they screwed up telling me it was done when the first time, they mixed up laptops and it wasnt my laptop they were finished on. The second time was when they called me saying the service (a new hard drive) was finshed being installed, little upon arriving did I turn it on and they did not complete the recovery for the product...Not one time did any of the employees or managers appologize and only placed the blame on someone else instead of just fixing the problem in a timely manner. The service which was estimated to be about a week long turned into 27 days there and worse off than before. I dont recommend this location to anyone else in hopes that you dont get screwed over like myself and they only offer to fix the new problems that mysteriously came up while at the store with more charges and service fees. They have no idea what they are doing and are the least professional...

Experience has been overall quite positive, especially with folks such as Frank, Abby, Kirsten. All competent and do a GREAT job. Why, then, a one star rating, you may be wondering? Apparently the Staples saying "Were here to make it easy" has been replaced with a policy which makes getting prints VERY difficult. After raising their print prices, some corporate person somewhere came up with the brilliant idea that once you place an order through the "print me" system, which had been quite effective, in addition to going into the store to show number, you must now RETURN to the store 24 hours later to pick up your order. Unless, of course, you want to fork over a $7.00+ rush fee. This is a great way to annoy, aggravate and alienate long term, customers such as myself. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Doesnt Staples make enough money?? I am seeking alternatives where corporate greed does not reign with a business that is truly is committed to making it easy for its customers. If anyone knows of any, please post them in your review.

Its a Staples. The staff are good people, but dont expect deals. One star dropped for the bad prices. Otherwise, its a very convenient store. This location has a UPS attached, and is helpful if you need to ship something in a pinch.
