The poor ratings are for snacks section. Except for samosa everything else is very bad in taste and preparation. People still go there for Indian snacks due to lack of another good option. I went with my family and had Vegetable Chowmeins which was nowhere close to taste and preparation to Indian chowmeins.They just mixed some thick noodles ,put some weired spices and thats it. In Pav Bajji , the vegetable were not even 10 ℅ mashed and i found big pieces of potatoes. I hope they will improve their preparation in near future and employ some good trained chefs insteads of part time people.

Dont let the name fool you, this is far from a convenience store, and thats a good thing. This store essentially anchors the Fantacity International Mall, and has a huge selection of South Asian groceries, as well as a cafe at the front corner of the store serving various Indian snacks and meals. It rivals Around the World Market in Cary (if not better), for those familiar with Indian stores in the Triangle area.

Indu Convenient Store has a good assortment of South Asian ingredients, fresh produce, groceries, etc. You can also buy religious articles, DVDs, and some accessories too. They also have a loyalty program which is simple and rewarding. They also serve Indian snacks through the kitchen that has been recently added. We ordered chole bhature and Samosa chole chaat. Both of them were delicious and spicy

I used to like this place for its simple and great food but when i compared the rates for grocery with other stores, they were higher on most of the items. I felt like Im losing 10-15$ on a full months grocery every time I shop there. Thus, Ill probably recommend to visit them only for food once in a while but not for grocery.

Amazing place. The grocery collection is good and fresh. The veggies are also fresh. The highlight however is the small attached restaurant. The Chat items here are just out of the world. You get 30 puri for $8 which I have seen nowhere.

Great Vegetarian food here! Brought tears to my eyes, sweat to my bald head, and memories of Indian street vendor food back to my mind. Only thing missing was the noise of the moto rickshaws speeding by. Loved it!
