Air machine for tire inflation is always out of service and has been majority of the time for 6-9 months. I pass by it headed to the BB&T every business day during the week, always down. Free air is great, but if its just never going to be serviced or maintained, get rid of it. That way I know that when my dash flashes low tire pressure, to go somewhere else. Why anyone would just want a busted machine associated with their business, very reputable business, displaying their lack of upkeep or lack of decision to keep or remove. Step it up Sheetz, you guys are sitting nicely compared to the rest of businesses similar to yours.

Greensboro Speed

Started as a great store, I LOVE Sheetz, its the only place I get fuel. The daytime crew is really good, well mannered, helpful and well managed. The night crew however, not quite so good. In serious need of better leadership and management, bathrooms are ALWAYS nasty at night. I had to personally show the manager who refused to take responsibility and despite my describing it simply as "completely unacceptable" seemed either overwhelmed or apathetic. Summation: great day crew, night crew needs work. Love my sheetz.

I just went through the line and the young man working at the register his name is Lance. He is a great employee! He has a great attitude and exceptional customer service skills. He gives every customer a smile and he is so polite. This kind of service you dont find everywhere. This young man Lance needs a promotion, he is management material. Yall need to do everything yall can to hang on to this employee!

Positive Image

I have received spotty service at this location. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The worst was about a week ago I ordered a Brat and it was burnt to a crisp. When I took it back, I was just given a load of excuses as to what happened. I dont like excuses.

Was gonna post an angry review of how bad the breakfast sucked. Frozen powder eggs, frozen sausage, all piled into one container with a crappy frozen muffin. Then I realized I was eating food out of a gas station and thats what I deserved.
