This Kroger is bias, as I attempted to pay for my goods, they informed me i could not use my MasterCard. Im currently holding up the line as if i cant afford what Im paying for. They stated, they only accepted debit. At that point i said okay and left... I called the in-store customer service and they confirmed that it was in fact, untrue. I asked to speak to a manager and he was very rude, over-talked me and eventually hung up on me because he felt I shouldnt have been purchasing alcohol . I have a Government issued licensed which also matched my credit card. I cant help it if i take care of myself and I look better than majority of the people he knows, apparently.... How dare you!! My girlfriend buys 2 12 packs a week from you guys, on top of her household shopping. You just lost a neighborhood customer...and you damn sure wont find me shopping with you all. The audacity of you! I wont shop at any Kroger period- FYI, i did call corporate and made a complaint as well.... This is why America is in the state that we are in now... People take their biased opinions and use it in their line of work and duty. I have the right to buy what i want when i want... Sounds like the manager and his crew need training.

Be careful, this store gives out counterfeit money! I was there 10/9/12 and I made a purchase with cash back at a register. I asked for $100 dollars and the cashier gave me 5 $20 bills. 40 out of 100 was fake. Once they passed it on to me, they didnt care. Management and customer service was rude in how they addressed my issue. The cashiers need additional training in spotting fake money. Greg in accounting needs more training in customer relations. His attitude and demeanor totally lacks the skills needed to manage anything. The store manager actually hung up on me when I tried to inquire about the policy on how they handle this type of situation. I had to call DeKalb County police to file a report. I feel I was robbed by The Kroger company and I will NEVER return to this location. I was a loyal customer for years and after this, I dont feel right giving them another dollar. The holidays are coming so let this be a lesson.

The manager in this Kroger walked up to my knee and my fiances card and proceeded to put our things on the service belt but I felt like she was trying to flirt with my fiance not knowing that we was together when she found out when she discovered we was together she tried to play it off and walk away. Shes a black woman with hazel eyes. The next time I went in there by myself she knew it was me gave me a dirty look and start whispering something to one of her employees which I felt was very disrespectful. From the first time I walked in there and she kept eyeballing my fiance and then she walked directly up to our carts and try to flirt with him he end up switching spaces with me now me and her with side-by-side and she was embarrassed. Is this a hookup spot or grocery store. You guys need a new manager someone that is not flirtatious and is willing to do their job instead of being rude to the employees and the shoppers

This location is always out of things often. Some of the staff is not very friendly. There are a few nice people there that I look for when I need help. I wish they would stay stocked on the most popular items. I am not a huge fan of this location. Only reason I use this one is because of the short drive since I moved. The manager is rude also... to shut me up about a coupon necause their systems were down he just dismissed me with a giftcard for the amount that didnt come off, not to mention there were more charges but I did not get to finish. Not a way to treat loyal customers. I just wanted it corrected, nothing free.

Typical grocery store in this area. The produce could use a little help. I typically still go to the farmers market for the freshest vegetables and fruit. The lines are getting better. There has been a change in management for the better. However most of the cashiers are still young. They dont always greet you and will be having their own conversations or checking their cell phone. In a customer service position, that little detail is a huge turn off. If Im going to spend my money, you can at least say hello.

The grocery stocks are usually very low or out of stock. The employees are somewhat helpful but not friendly or courteous at all. Parking lot is not well lit at night. There is ALWAYS shopping carts full of items that need to be returned to the floor in the front of the store. And this kroger has a return policy that will not allow you to return food. However other other kroger in other surburban areas have no problem with a customer returning items.

I have no choice but to shop at this Kroger because I stay literally right behind it. But one of the.employess keeps flirting with me. Makes me fe extremely uncomfortable. I tried to ignore it but its gotten to the point where he would follow me out the store. He even ask for my number its like he remembers my face. Extremely uncomfortable. And self check out the lady had a nasty attitude shes heavy weight dark skin. Ill be better off at Walmart tbh.

With the new store hours now 1 am, closing time it has been a huge adjustment for many people in my inner circle. This store has all of the essentials but poorly stocked as usual. Tonight there was no private label toilet paper and as usual self check out is always unorganized. I feel like Im there to work instead of to shop. This location is much better than the Wesley Chapel store just 3 miles away. Three out of five stars completes my review. ⭐⭐⭐

This is my neighborhood Kroger. I literally live three minutes away. Im there about 5x a week, if not more. The only problem Im having is that, sometimes I can find what I want, but recently its been too many times where certain items are not available/ out of stock or not restocked. I dont want to drive out of my way. I want to keep my money in my neighborhood.

Update: This Kroger is no longer a 24-hour store. Kroger has decided to close this and all the stores in south DeKalb at 1am. Busy Kroger has good customer service, but is often out of stock on some of my faves, the checkout lines are long in the evening (especially after they shut down the manned checkouts and switch over to the self checkouts.

You can always find what you need here, but the customer service is sub par. The employees could certainly use some customer service training courses. Also, they used to be open 24 hours which I loved because Im a frequent late night shopper. Now they close at 1 am. Still a pretty good time, but no more 4am ice cream runs

Bad customer service, they over charged me and then told me I need to go to customer service to get my money back. There were 15 people in line getting lottery tickets. I asked for the manager, when he finally came he had a bad attitude and did not greet me or apologize.
