Devine Inspirations
This is the best Krogers in the state. Everytime I go in there I always have a wonderful experience even in peek hours. This is the only five star rating Ive given to anyone and they deserve it. I dont know who does the hiring for this place but they are doing a fantastic job at finding and cultivating great customer service. This is also the only place ever that I had called back to the store an gave a good report to the manager about one of their employees that impressed me the most with her impeckable customer service skills. An she helped me with pleasure. They also have a gas station that carries the same enthusiasm. I cant stop giving them kudos, its a great grocery store

I left something at the self service checkout at 12:53 am last month, I called the store, and the lady told me it wasnt in the book, but to come to to the store, I finally had time to come today. The manager, Tommy Cook told me I was out of luck, and would not refund or replace my salad for $1.49, and another item for a $1.99, I didnt see the items when I got home. This was the store on Tara Blvd, #373 in Jonesboro, Ga, I like Publix better any way where shopping is a pleasure! What a waste of time, and my gas. Very poor customer no service!

My husband and I stood in line at the deli and NO ONE bothered to help us. They walked back and forth in front of us without acknowledging we were there,attempting to take an order or saying some one would be with soon. It must have been time for them to get off because another customer came and asked a question and they completely ignored him and the clerk proceeded to turn her back and continue walking. I have gotten better service from the Kroger on Cascade (Ralph David Abernathy) than I did from these rude "women".

Went to use the coinstar and got $176 on a voucher for them to cash. Lines were long in general so I thought to ask if they could even cash them out in regular lines. She told me no so I went and waited almost an hour in the line to get my money back and not because the line was long. There were 3 or 4 people ahead of me in the line. No reason it shouldve took that long.

I give them a 10 out of 5 honestly, had to break some news to a family member and was really nervous. Went to get a cookie cake made and hands down best staff. I was so anxious I couldnt think of what to say, not only did a young man in the bakery help also some members of the deli. They helped me as much as possible and were beyond friendly.

Its a bit dated and there were too many people doing stock in the middle of the afternoon. They were in the way. That should occur early mornings and late nights. Also the guy outside the store asking for money when youre going in and coming out was bothersome. Other than that...its okay.

Kroger has low prices and great deals. This Kroger is dated and their customer service has to improve, especially their cashiers. In my recent visit the cashier was Martha, honestly it is better to go in the self checkout then have to deal with someone like her.

Clean, friendly, good variety of foods and essentials. Good selection of organic and natural foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables, deli and bakery items are good quality. Average prices. Location is easy to get to and is right across the street from CVS

It was breathtaking trying to decide the flower arrangement to get at this location. It was very hard to pick from all the beautiful arrangements. Ms. Jocelyn does the best job I have every seen making flower arrangements.

They many have low prices......but the attitudes they give the patrons is way below what you would expect. May they take the time to correct this issue. Until then i will no longer shop there..........
