As a transplant from Florida, where Publix is the primary grocery store, I was disappointed in the customer service at the Turkey Creek location. Overall, we are amazed at how nice people are here in East TN. Thus, it was surprising to be annoyed to the point where I feel its necessary to take time to write a review. Every time we go to the Northshore Publix, we are greeted at the bakery with smiles, questions, and eager responses to service us. Almost to the point where we feel special, which we dont expect. At the register we are always offered stickers if we have our little one too. Our daughter will go to the store with us just for the stickers, lol. However, the Turkey creek store has some pretty unhappy people. There bakery person asked us if we needed help with an annoyed and apathetic look. We just figured Sunday morning was not her day and moved on. At the register, I asked cashier how her day was going (had similar look) and she simply nodded emotionless and continued her conversation with bagger about how little sleep she had the night before. I made a silly joke to try and make them smile (pretty good at that usually), but failed miserably as they preferred to scan/bag with heads down. We did experience a smiling face from a young lady grabbing carts outside so that was refreshing. Cheer up kiddos! The world is a place you choose how to experience. Its up to you to make it better. Oh, by the way, we didnt get stickers. Cheers~

Absolutely the best customer service of any store Ive been in ever. From the manager, Produce, meet Deli, & bakery to the checkout, the individuals who assisted me tonight are to be commended. They were closing and absolutely did nothing to rush me out of the store. I live in South Knoxville and will definitely make a point to come to Turkey Creek Publix and do my grocery shopping.

CORKS WINE & SPIRITS AND PUBLIX There are three Publix in Ktown: Turkey Creek near the wonderful Corks Wine & Spirits; Northshore; and the newest at University Common. They really want our business as evidenced by how exceptionally friendly the staff is. Have found different items at each, particularly in the lamb section. Just a pleasant place to shop, no matter the location.

Would give more except the customer service here is lacking in that they only have one register open on Friday evenings. Also only one during most of weekend. I dont want to ring up my own order, I want customer service please. Many time go to Kroger as they always have plenty if lanes open. Publix in Florida are NOT like this at all.

I went there and found exactly what I needed. My Mama bought me a birthday cake there last year ! It was half chocolate/half vanilla cake! It was so yummy! We always shop at the Publix in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida when we go to One Seagrove Beach! Their Publix also sells a drink called Grapico, which is only found in the South!

Friendly general staff, clean well organized store. Wouldnt sell me beer because I was blonde in my drivers license photo and brunette now. Waited 25 minutes with my items while management passed my ID around and then denied my purchase, even though Id bought alcohol there countless times prior. Unnecessary, unprofessional.

Coming to Publix was a great decision. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jon in Seafood created 2 fabulous meals to cook in just minutes. The manager helped us look for a product and our cashier was so funny and nice. We live in Oak Ridge and it was worth the trip!

This Publix is only a couple minutes off the interstate. If youre looking for a sub as you drive down I-40, theres nowhere better to stop than Publix. If youre in a hurry, order your sub in their app and itll be waiting for you when you walk in the door.

Without question, the BEST grocery store franchise in the United States! Friendly staff, guaranteed satisfaction on ALL products and the most complete selection anywhere. Rarely does marketing hype match reality. But at Publix, shopping IS a pleasure!

great super market other than cashing out. They can improve by keeping more registers open. Very often they have one register open with other employees standing around doing nothing. I do not like waiting for 10 minutes for no reason.

Sunday afternoon grocery run and only 2 checkouts open? Its because they want you to do self checkout. Wheres the service in that? I came from their Florida market and they sure dont operate like that down there.

Publix has the best baked goods. Always a birthday stop for our family! If you have children, they also give free cookies and have a cookie program that gives them a chance to win a cookie cake.
