I really dont complain often but this one had me really upset. I went to autozone in burbank close to my job w the battery for my truck . They tested my car battery thats under warrenty and say they need to replace it. Unfortunently they didnt have it in stock and I was on my lunch break so i asked if the autozone in reseda had the battery because its close to my house. they checked and they did .The followimg morning I went to the autozone that had the battery in stock. the Rep said they had to test it. I told them they were already going to replace it but agreed to them testing it again. The Rep said "oh it past the battery test it just has to charge for 2 hours leave it here and we will charge it". I dropped it off at 7:30 am , 2 hours should be ready by 9:30. I send my girlfriend to pick it up after work, she gets out at 5 . My girlfriend goes at 5:50 to pick it up and they tell her its still not ready. When i called upset because they said something that takes 2 hours now had taken beyond 8 hours . They said its because the person put in on a slow charger. Dont understand how a 2 hour job turns into an 8 hour job . Is the battery good ?one said yes one says no . Its already suppose to be charged its now 8:55pm and they said it needs 20 % more to go. @autozone maybe the battery is bad .

I bought a part here and I asked the salesperson at the time of purchase if I can return the part if I couldnt find any other stores that had quantity I needed. He said, that should be no problem. I tried returning the part the following day and I was informed by manager that he will not accept my return because he thinks the part was previously installed because it had some debon the part. I informed him that we just took the part out of the box to compare it with original OEM part and thats why it has a little dirt from handling the part. He didnt believe me and would accept my return even though I continuously tried explaining to him that it was never installed. We argued back and forth for a few minutes but he would not accept my return. I was so upset that I left and told him that I would contact their corporate office. This guy was so rude and had no sense of customer service. I will definitely not be returning to this Autozone location.

I had a warranty on my battery and called to have it changed....they insisted it was my alternator and insisted on charging the battery...they said it would be ready in 2 hours...when I came back 10 hrs later, it still wasnt fully charged, guy said he could give it to me like that (seriously, half a$$ job) , came back again abou an hour later and noticed they marked the battery as "Bad" but still gave it back to me....I took my car to my mechanic....and guess what...IT WAS THE BATTERY, so I took it back and finally got it exchanged....not sure what was so hard about doing that in the first place so that I could avoid the multiple trips and the diagnosis cost from my mechanic

Horrible service. Never had a good experience here. I brought an Auto zone Battery in to charger. I waited in line for 15 mins just for them to charger. And then they told me to come back and hour later so I did. Now Im back and waited in a short line for 20 mins because all of the other employees are playing hide and see. I was so pissed. And to top it off the lady didnt even charge my battery. Thats 2 hours of my life Im never gonna get back and why because these people are a joke. I have waited in a long line just so buy a light bulb. Its way faster just to steal the light bulb then to wait 20 mins for them to charge you .

Got say, after about 5 different trips to my local store 16500 SHERMAN WAY Ca, I wont go back, all I heard from the thugs you have working in there is the F word every other word, Im sick of low lifes in public and even when I looked at the Manager and pointed to my kid and asked if we can watch our language he smiled and said oh ya sorry, and not even a minute later HE was using the F word again, and its not like there whispering it its VERY LOUD like a joke of a store nothing professional at all . way to go team AUTOZONE, "F" you guys if thats the only language you know !!!!!!!

James is the one who is full of crap. I have been to this Auto Zone location multiple times and I have spoken to various employees and all spoke PERFECT ENGLISH! It is true that most of the employees are not car experts, after all they are not mechanics they just sell parts according to what information you give them and what the computer tells them, that is why you always look for the manager. Place is nicely stocked. BTW, I do not work there, am just a grease monkey. :)

I hate doing bad reviews. A few days ago I was look for a light bulb for my car and I wanted them to put it on. They said no they only do it for Toyota and Honda. Then when I was coming out of auto zone I saw one of the employe putting on a light on someone elses car and the car was a Ram. They have to stop lying before there store will close down.

This place is awful. Half the employees dont even speak English! They hardly know a thing about cars or parts for that matter. If you are going to be this dumb you should at least be nice. They cant even manage that. Never again will I go here!!

Horrible customer service! Some old guy tried telling me that the big Fken scratch on the rim of my drum was suppose to be there and then tried telling me not to return it. Worst store of them all.

Returned a battery after 2 years. They replaced it with no questions. But what really bothered me is the service. Like they are doing me a favor that they are doing their job and help me.

You can find what you need, but there is always long lines, looks like 5 out of the 6 employees are new, they are always asking everything to one person Also they dont open at time

Fairly good selection and prices, older store. Gets crowded on weekends limited parking but not bad. Friendly staff and fairly knowlegable.

Filthy, double check the part #s online and the parts in the boxes before you pay for it, the counter people dont know a bolt from a bulb.
