The cabinet I bought was a disaster. Nothing lined up. Evwry shelf was too large I tried making adjustmwnts but nothing worked. There was no directions for assembly and when I called the store, they said tney wpuld email them I got nothing. I ended up tnrowing the whole Braziluan cubboard into the trash. Total waste of my time and money.

2:30pm on a Saturday. Just my husband and myself in the store and 6 employees. Looking to redo our kitchen - not ONE person came to us. As a matter of fact, 3 saw us. Looked at us and walked away. We left with all 6 standing at the front door and again not one person said a thing to us. Poor Poor customer service. Guess they are hourly employees

Hate it!! The worst! I wish I had read reviews from here. I have been waiting 3 months for a simple countertop. Its disaster, poor customer service, poor work ethics, no slightest remorse for their poor quality service its like they are satisfied with it. What kind of business is this anyway! Youll regret it if you go!!! Dont go!!!

Placed a $15k order in November 2015 and have had nothing but issues dealing with the incompetence of the staff. Im getting close to canceling the order. If I had know about the incompetence I would have definitely gone to a competitor!!!

The people are really approachable and did approach us. Everyone was not just friendly but also helpful. We spent close to an hour and they didnt make us feel compelled to purchase. Justin and Patty were awesome!
