My husband and I ordered a custom sectional back in February. From the time we walked in we received nothing but excellent service. Chris was our salesman and he helped us pick out the right sofa for our needs. The one I wanted was not available for display in the N.N. store, but Chris called around to different stores so we could sit on it before ordering. We drove to VA Beach the next day and loved the Sinclaire! We ordered it during the Presidents Day sale so we got a pretty good discount which is always nice. It took about 6 weeks to complete since we ordered it in a custom fabric but it was well worth the wait! The delivery drivers were awesome too. It was delivered on time and there is not a scratch on it. They also commented on what a nice color it was. We just moved into our new house and had some bad experiences with 2 other companies we ordered appliances from, so this was a relief! When we need more furniture we will definitely go back to the N.N La-z-boy!

have had good things till now. the couch smells so bad. The company told us there is nothing they can do able it. Does not sound like customer service to me. we have had it one hour and you can not go into the house, its so bad.
