Pricebusters service has been so poor that a rate of 1 is too good for them. First they deliver a bedroom set without hardware for drawers and then we open box ro find the headboard is cracked. Now they ate saying that it is company policy not ro replace because we signed bottom of delivery. I was so upset with all the missing stuff that delivery guys and myself was on phone with store to see how we could get missed items. We never even finished open boxes until AFTER guys left, and that is when we saw damage. Poor customer service but this is one customer they will NEVER have to worry about making a purchase with them again. They didnt offer to assist in any way. We just purchased furniture from Ashley on Pulaski Highway and what a difference in the customer service and the intellect of people working there. Not always, but there is some truth to you get what you pay for. They Never have ro worry about me my family and friends making any purchases from them EVER.

Im not thrilled w/ price busters and this will be my last time shopping there. My bed frames are sitting in a box in my living room because I have no one to put them together. Yes, I knew this when I brought it but its a real inconvenience. Their return and exchange policy suck and arent willing to work w/ you... I really cant stand places that has a no return policy! My first time coming in was amazing Tavon knew his products,that was the only good experience. But me and my spouse felt pressured to purchasing that day when we were only window shopping. Their customer service is minimum I came in there to see if I could exchange my daughters frame in the middle of the day the atmosphere completely change and it just felt unfriendly, like no one really wanted to help me. I will not be doing business there again.

DONT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE! THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. AND IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TWO OR THREE TIMES A MONTH INSTEAD OF JUST ONCE. WAS TOLD IF WE DIDNT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE OUT THE TWO OR THREE PAYMENTS FROM BANK THAT WED OWE OVER $3000.00 MORE THEN WE PAID FOR THE FURNITURE. BEWARE! THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL. AND ALSO, WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE FURNITURE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE LEGS TO THE SOFA. ITS BEEN MONTHS AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE WE DID GET THE TABLE WE ORDERED A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER THE OTHER FURNITURE ARRIVED, AND WE HAD TO FIGHT THEM TO GET THAT. WONDER IF WE WILL GET THE LEGS TO THE SOFA THIS YEAR!!!!

Tavon helped my mother and I today while searching for queen size beds. I myself am a pregnant middle school teacher and my mother is an older woman who has been carrying mail for twenty plus years. We came in demanding comfort. Though today had been rough as I imagine because of the heat for all of us, Tavon made sure we were helped as soon as we walked through the door and made sure we shopped in comfort. He was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. He offered options that fit our descriptions and if he wasnt too sure, he asked his store manager for assistance which was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. This is NOT our first purchase and definitely will not be the last. Thanks again Tavon. Youre BOMB!

My comment it to the owner response that u only sell "New Funriture" thats a straight up lie. I purchased a 1200$ broke couch thats was supposed to be new. They delivered the busted floor model. I had the couch for 6mo and had to trash it because it was literally falling apart at the seams. My purchase was from there Forestville location but the customer service reps I was dealing with where from this location. They told me all sales where final and there was nothing they could do. Save your money and find another place it might cost a little more, or maybe not Big Lots had the same couch brand new for 100$ less. So do your research and dont buy from any place named PriceBusters..

The first time I went to price busters I dealt with an employee by the name of Kelly. I was very satisfied with her customer service skills. She made me comfortable as a first time buyer with the reasonable prices with picking furniture. Every question I asked she answered very precisely. The second time I went to this location I came back looking for Kelly she wasnt available. I was introduced to Tonya. She helped me with very good deals with picking out coffee tables to complete the look for my brand new apartment. I also made my payments because I felt complete with the prices thanks to these two ladies. Tonya and Kelly deserves 5 star reviews! Thank You!

What I really like about Price Busters Discount Furniture Store is that their staff is courteous and pricing is low. Last week I visited the store at East Baltimore when I was looking for leather sofa to replace the old one in my living room. The layout of the store is pretty good. A polite gentleman from their sales team helped me in making right selection. Their range was close to perfect and finally after checking out the entire range, I bought Velocity Sofa. I love its simplistic design. I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this furniture store to anyone looking for stylish furniture at competitive prices.

I had to buy a desk for my kids room to keep computer and some accessories. I wanted to have something which takes less space and has more capacity. My colleague suggested me that I should visit Price Busters Discount Furniture Store once, as they have a large variety of every kind of furniture. So, I visited that store. You wont believe how stylish and beautiful furniture they have. Talking of desks for the kids room, they had 14-15 designs. This is only one item I am talking of. For every item of furniture, they had unlimited designs and colors. I got what I needed for my kids room.

Shopping experience was good. We chose delivery, box that had our dinning room table and chairs was beat up and had tape all over it. Went to open it and put them together, and found NO screws. Trying to get ahold of someone on the weekend is a nightmare. That is my only complaint, the shape the box was in and the fact there werent any screws to put it together, Im sure they must have fell out of one of the holes in the box.

I had a good experience shopping in the store. However, I was not made aware prior, during or after my purchase that the furniture is delivered in boxes and has to be put together. This was/is quite disappointing to me. I found this information out after speaking with my daughter about my purchase and she informed me about her recent purchase from your company. Now Im just waiting to set a time for delivery of my items.

Tavon was excellent! He was really helpful and looked out ! Got my whole bedroom together because of him ! I most definitely would recommend him to anybody that steps foot in that store !
