Made the mistake of giving these guys a chance, despite the negative reviews on the Better business bureau website. I dont make much money, working part time and caring for my disabled mother, so the price seemed good for our home. My mother liked the furniture and we bought a couch. The evening we unpacked it, I noticed a quarter-sized hole in the dark fabric, clearly showing the white batting beneath. We called the next morning, being told to take pictures of everything and email them. And we waited. After several days my mother called back, and thus began the cycle of being given excuse after excuse, always being promised a call back and never once getting one. Over a month later she managed to get someone to come out and take new pictures, and its been yet another two weeks without a word. Ive gotten better service from shady flea market vendors than these guys. Avoid them at all cost. At this point I have contacted the BBB, and am considering contacting the local new stations over the matter and seeking some advice.

First let me say that I love my furniture once I got it. 1. It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday between 1 and 5. Then it was 5:15 and I called the store and they said, "Oh, they got held up." They told me they would bring it the next day, Saturday, and make me first on the list. 2. Saturday comes, they did not have a few pieces of my order. They asked me if they could bring it the next day, Sunday. I agreed. 3. Sunday comes, they bring the rest. I tipped both of the guys. 4. Within 20 minutes of the guys leaving I realized that my $120 pillow was missing off of my bed. I know I am crazy to spend that kind of money but it was an awesome pillow. I called the store and informed them. They said they would check into it and get back to me. I didnt expect someone to admit to stealing my pillow but was at least hoping for a call back. I got nothing. Horrible customer service.

That are very pricey and if you put something on lay a way with them please make sure your lay a way is the same thing thats written on the lay a way slip. If not, they will get over on you. Bad business.
