I had another great experience today. I came in with specific concerns and Greg immediately sprang in to action with suggestions and help. I walked in with a list of products I wanted to look at before purchasing. Laura immediately greeted me and checked up, but not in an obnoxious way that we have all experienced before. She was extremely knowledgable across all beauty products I asked about and she offered alternative products. She gave me a mini makeover after testing 3 foundations- 1 of which I had been interested in and 2 she chose. When she tested the foundations, she asked my opinion of them before giving her own and withheld the name/brand of each until I had chosen which I most preferred. She also went out of her way to use products I already owned, so that I was only looking at products I had asked to look at. Great service!

I love Sephora in general but I feel like the employees at this store talk down to me? Im only 18 and often times I walk in there with no makeup on but Ive been a makeup junkie for 5 years now so its rude of them to assume I know nothing. Of course its not every employee some are super happy and pick up that I know a lot about makeup right away so we can get down to the nitty gritty but its disheartening that some 30 lady thinks she can talk down to me when we probably have the same knowledge.

although they did order me the wrong eyelashes, they let me keep the ones they sent to my house and refunded my card for the purchase. right on sephora Okay so I have to add to my review because I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate on 3/7 her name is Rio and she was VERY helpful and super nice even when I asked for samples. So happy that she is the person that ended up helping me.

Well, I cant say much at this location since I was on hold for 15 minutes the first time I called and before I could say anything the next time I called I was on hold for another 10 minutes. I would have been nice to speak to someone... hanging up now 12 more minutes later. Next time please at least ask what the customer needs before putting them on hold!!

I was laughed at by an ignorant employee who refused to give me a makeover. Just rude and ignorant. Her name is tamika. She shouldnt even work there. Very unprofessional. Big decline in customer service awful just awful. Bitches
