I went to Ultas brow bar Sunday November 2nd to have my brows tinted and waxed ( which I have done many times prior ) The woman who did my brows , waxed at least four times including my eyelids. My eyelids weeped all night. Tuesday I had scabs on my eyelids. I called Ultas district office because there was no manager available at the location I went to. The district office said, they had no one available to speak with me however I would be called back within 48 hours ( THIS NEVER HAPPENED ) a lady called me back from the local store on Wednesday evening and told me, She was sorry it happened and they would put "MY" money on a gift card so I can return and have it done again. I will not shop Ultas again not because of what happened but because if the lack of concern for a customer who was injured in their store. I have documented pictures and also told the lady I called, I would be glad to return to the store so they could see the damage done.

Ive moved around so Ive had multiple places doing my brows. Im particular about them so I let them grow out and decided to come to the brow bar. Im incredibly happy i did. Felicia explained how they map your brows for your face and did a great job, really looking forward to the next time i go! So happy i found my place and my girl!

Best brow waxing ever. My eyebrows have never looked this good. The lady that did my brows was friendly and even filled my brows out and applied concealer so I wouldnt be walking around the store with a red face (always embarrassing). Well worth $20.
