Employees are clearly motivated by commission not customer care. I requested a product that would hydrate my scalp and was sold a product that the sales girl swore was wonderful (but expensive). The product was Complexe 5 by Furterer. It clearly was not a hydrating product and in fact burned my scalp and my eyelids. It was incredibly painful. Be careful of this product and the sales team at this store. It is clear that the girl who reccomended it had never tried it. It also seems to me that it is the type of product that should contain a warning or only be applied in the salon. Again this product burns and since it is an oil once it makes contact with the skin it is very difficult to remove. By the time I was finally able to get it off it had caused tiny burn blisters on my eyelids - just glad it was not worse.

I have always been happy with my visits to The Cosmetic Market, and the Cool Springs store is no exception. They offer an endless array of beauty, body and bath products, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Employees are attentive and helpful to customers, and never pushy or intrusive when you just want to browse. In several instances, theyve done a great job recommending products to replace an old favorite of mine that had been discontinued (by the manufacturer, not the store) - Ive never been let down by their suggestions! This is a great addition to the Cool Springs retail heaven :)

Horrible customer service. Went in on a Saturday around 4:30. There were 4 employees. Three of them were chatting with each other, one was helping another customer. They saw me - made eye contact - but no greeting. Never asked if they could provide assistance. I could not find what I was looking for and it would have been nice had someone offered to help. Rather than impose on their socialization I opted to shop at another store in the area.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. I learned the employees only cared about commission when I asked what the best mascara was to lengthen my eyelashes and the girl pointed me to the most expensive one... that wasnt even for lengthening. It was my first time in there and I definitely wont be coming back. Im definitely sticking to Sephora and Ulta Beauty.

My MAU wouldnt pick up for me or text back. I ran in The Cosmetic Market and a young lady name Taylor seemed happy to help me. She took care of me quick and showed me what I need to use at home without forcing me to buy everything. She was awesome!
