Poor customer service. I went into this store today to look and the gentleman that helped was nice but there want no information exchanged I didnt even get his name. I liked the chair he showed me but wanted to look around some more since I am picky. I called that store when I got home because I couldnt find it online the lady that answered the phone was completed rude and unwilling to help. Whatever happened to customer service and going above and beyond. All I wanted was the name of the chair, I tried to tell her exactly where it was at, the price, and color. Its a shame, I definitely will not be buying the chair your store.

Bad experience, ordered a sectional, looked like they sent me the floor sample that was used in several stores. Unacceptable, so I told the manager that I wanted New furniture and remove the old see with cuts and scraps in the leather. After that experience, Ill start giving my business to Ashley Furniture. Havertys used to be top of the line and cared about their customers needs, now they are just about making money and Im about saving money, so no more purchases will be made at Havertys by me.

Beautiful furniture, organized store layout. The quality is very good, everything is very solid. Ask for Pam, if you go to the Newport News location. I felt so overwhelmed with everything I needed to find (Im in starting over mode, ugh), and she helped break everything down into basic components. Snapped me out of my "deer in headlights" phase, basically. Thanks so much, Pam!

The customer service is good, but the furniture is TERRIBLE quality!!!! We paid over $900 for a beautiful couch, BUT it is beading up like a CHEAP sweater. Ive had furniture that weve purchased from Target last longer! The warranty covers accidental damage, but doesnt address unreasonable fabric flaws. Please beware when spending your money here!! We will never buy here again

Fairly good quality looking furniture. Selection felt like variation on a theme instead a wide variety of styles. Employee only answered 1/2 our questions satisfactually, followed us closely and pressured us to not shop other stores.
