An excellent experience all around! Tim Smith was very personable and patiently listened to all of our needs and wants. Tim never tried to "sell" us a mattress but made excellent suggestions and explained how different features and mattress construction might be best for us. The mattress turned out to be a perfect choice. Delivery was great also.
