If I could give them negative a million stars I would! The absolutely worst experience Ive ever dealt with regarding purchasing a washing machine. When you first come into the store theres no one there to help you. I walked around aimlessly for at least 15 minutes until I finally found someone to help me. I located and purchased a washing machine and was told delivery would be two days later. I was also told that I would see the phone called the night before giving me a two hour timeframe. The night before, no phone call was received. I called the next morning, the day of the original delivery and was told my information was not in the system. Later on after being on hold for over 30 minutes in speaking to several people found out that the cashier did not enter me into the second system which was the system that schedules the delivery. Now mind you Ive taken off work with no pay just to stay home all day and receive a delivery then never came. I asked to speak to a manager to see if there was anyway I could be compensated for the delivery and was told by Denise (who was very nice & professional ), that only a $25 credit would be given. Unacceptable but all I want it was my washing machine. Fast forward to the day of delivery the technician comes a little bit early which is great. Remove my old washer, installs the new washer only to find out that is a defective washing machine and he has to take it away. He told me since it was a defective wash machine he could not keep it there and I need to be fuse delivery, which I immediately did. So now Im sitting here with no washing machine at all because hes taken my old washing machine with him and the defective one I just purchased. I immediately get in my car and head up to the Sears outlet to somehow rectify the situation. I get in contact with manager Susan who is absolutely no help at all. She showed no empathy with the issues I have been experiencing and at first told me I couldnt get a refund even though it was their fault that the item was defective. Now Im waiting to be refunded for a defective washer that I waited (4) days for. Not to mention they took my washer! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing this washing machine. This has been the worst experience ever. Never will I shop here again.

I wish I could give them -1000 star please dont waste your time with these people you would go through the worst retail experience ever I dont know where to start about this scam artist I ordered one refrigerator patio set and a grill on July 3rd 2016 I was supposed to receive my delivery on Thursday the following week I receive my refrigerator on time no problems I never got my patio set or my grill which was supposed to be delivered the same exact day waitied one more week try to call the store nobody ever wants to answer your call at this store finally arrived at the store they try to tell me I didnt pay for the delivery when I did after going through all my transaction I showed them the record of my delivery charge sorry sir it was rigged up separately by mr. John who never decide to follow up with me on the first place couldnt find my patio set which I paid for she finally finds my patio set on back of her Warehouse shes the store manager and she does not know who put it over there alright that part is over with now they lost my grill they cannot find it after spending 1 hour At the store I dont even get an apology manager tells me my order will be delivered the next day all right maam thank you very much I get my delivery today which is completely incomplete supposed to be 4 chairs and a table I only received 3 chairs and one table and they never found my grill after going through so much trouble this is what I got in the end please avoid doing business with these people will be the worst experience of your life just to let you know the Sears Outlet is not owned by Sears its a private franchise thats why they treat their customers like s***

I purchased a refrigerator, and was promised delivery several days later (as they dont do same-day delivery). However, the delivery never arrived, and Ive spent (so far) over an hour on hold trying to get answers about my order... without any success. Getting put on hold here is like throwing your phone into a black hole - youll never get it back out. Everyone in the store was lovely. However, failing to deliver a product or answer a phone call is a pretty serious problem. When I have a resolution to this problem, Ill update this post. Day 3 summary: I spent money on a refrigerator that I dont have. Day 4 summary: New refrigerator was delivered... with significant cosmetic defects. Another 30 minutes of phone (and hold) resulted in store agreeing to replace the refrigerator on Day 5. Day 5 summary: a second New refrigerator was delivered to replace the first. Arrived with worse cosmetic damage than the original refrigerator. Keep getting left on hold while I try to speak to a manager... Day 6 summary: the third New refrigerator was delivered without damage. A $25 inconvenience refund was verified by my bank. Day 7+ summary: the refrigerator periodically makes odd bubbly sounds. Unsure if this is normal or not, but my desire to enter the Darkness that is the Sears Outlet phone system is close to zero. Final outcome: I ended up with a working refrigerator for marginally less than competing stores... and wasted a huge amount of my personal time trying to fix numerous mistakes. I would not return.

Stay as far away from this terrible place, The employees are absolutely clueless with anything. Make sure you know what your buying, the sales reps will sell you anything you think you want. All sales are final and non returnable. Basically its like craigslist here but they can continually screw people. Plus they have no customer service so it looks like your stuck with whatever you buy no matter what the circumstances! Stay away ! this place is a scam I guess pay more anywhere else that can give you decent service. This place is like a swap meet basically. The terrible service is enough to make anyone want to leave. I wish all the employees find a better job or career. This is not a job for any decent human being They probably dont have a manager here either so this is the only way i state my case. Stay away and save yourself headaches and money

I didnt have any trouble at the store, as we came in late on a Saturday night to purchase. BUT their customer service for delivery is HORRIBLE. I could take a few paragraphs to tell you my sob story, but suffice to say I tried the Internet and the telephone to get my delivery info, all to no avail. I spoke to 3 Sears reps, two by phone, one by online chat, all to no avail. I waited for the Outlet to open, and yeah, you got it. No one answers. Voicemail full. And here I thought my husband was RIGHT FOR ONCE when he picked buying from the Outlet. Sorry, honey. You were wrong again apparently. Next time, Mamas going to HOME DEPOT. (BTW still dont know when the fridge will come and IF it will work. Never thought about it being broken till I read these reviews.)
