HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Our company buys stoves, refrigerators and various other appliances at several establishments and Varouj was and may I say WAS one of these companies. We had bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago and it was a non working one so when I called to have their service contracter come out and inspect it was written as a non working appliance. So when I spoke to SAM the so called manager in charge his response was well we paid for shipping to have the refrigerator delivered now its your responsibility to drop this off; we are not going to come pick this up. I also said that I would like a refund of the cost of the appliance back on my credit card he said ooooh noooo we cant do that we can give you only store credit and mind you it was within their return policy that they should have given us the refund back to our credit card. Well this is the last time we ever deal with these people Yeah their nice when you buy something but If something goes wrong and you end up with a lemon they will NOT HELP YOU. THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND SAM SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH THE CLIENTS

Terrible experience with Varouj Appliances. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Varouj replacing a coin operated washer. FIrst they took away the old washer which was full of coins in the coin vault. When we called to get thel coins, they said "Oh there are no coins" That was a flat out lie. They said " We dont have a key for the coin vault so we cant take your coins. And we shook the machine and didnt hear any coins inside" We asked to come over and check anyway, they said, "we dont have the machine here. It is at the scrap yard." Ok so what about the "new" machine we bought. Well it didnt work. So what did they do? They said we cant replace your machine because it is now used! So he offered to fix it. SO LETS UNDERSTAND THIS: THE MACHINE IS NOW USED BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME IT IS OPERATED IT BROKE. VAROUJ is unprofessional and unethical. Buyer Beware!

I was looking for an appliance company that would be able to help me get new appliances for my apartment building units. I checked out a few places online and ended up on their page. I ended up replacing some stoves and refrigerators with varouj appliances. I felt very comfortable doing business with them ..they provided professional customer service and fast delivery. Other then the fast delivery they also have flexible hours to delivery the appliances. I will continue to do business in the future with this company and definitely recommend them to friends and family.. At the end of the day, varouj appliances provides good business, comfort, and wholesale prices to the public.. Thank you Serj.

5.0 star rating 5/18/2017 Armo and Samuel came to my apartment for the first time today to install a brand new dishwasher. First off, they were so courteous to call and give me a heads up thirty minutes in advance so I could leave my office and get home. When I got there, they replaced and hauled the old dishwasher out so quickly -- I swear it must have been less than 45 minutes start to finish. And leveling the dishwasher to the uneven flooring must have been a feat in itself, however, they handled that task + dealing with the rusty valves with ease. Id highly highly recommend this company!! Very pleasant experience.

Bought several appliances over the past few years from Varouj. They have been in the business for a very long time and are trustworthy when it comes to selling appliances. I also had them install many of the appliances I purchased and was satisfied with their work. After I recently renovated my kitchen I purchased a complete set of appliances to be delivered and installed and was pleased with their work. Also referred a few friends of mine who own apartment buildings to Varouj who were satisfied with the work that was done.

I was referred to Varouj Appliances by a friend and have to say, found my go to store for appliances. I have a apartment building and was replacing all the appliances with new ones and they gave me the best deal I can find!! Amazing customer service and delivery so punctual and a clean job with all the installations. This place is great with good people and awesome deals. They are also opening up another location in Tujunga CA which makes it so much more convenient for me. I would defiantly recommend Varouj Appliances!!

I was looking for a mini-fridge/beverage cooler to fit under my cabinets in my kitchen. I looked at their website and found one that would fit into the existing space in my kitchen. I ordered it online and it was delivered the next day. I did some quick research to find the best price and Varouj was the lowest. I am happy with my new GE fridge and will definitely come back for any other appliances I need.

I have been buying quite a bit (fridges and stoves) from Varouj for a few years now and they have been great. I feel they have fair prices and when an issue comes up they have taken care of it right away and thats whats really important to me. Some places will sell you an appliance and thats it. Varouj has made sure we are happy all the way through. Their delivery service has been great too!
