From Phil; Since 1996 I have purchased 14 new Mercedes Benz cars. I purchased 13 of those cars from Mercedes Benz of Greenwich since 1999. I have owned 5 BMW’s prior to owing a Mercedes Benz. The difference in sales and service between BMW and Mercedes is unbelievable. Mercedes is by far the top of the line in car sales and service. The general manager Lou Liodori has gone out of his way several times to handle any situations that have come up. The sales manager John Mazzeo worked very hard on resolving a situation that only Mercedes Benz of Greenwich would have worked on to provide a resolution. The sales floor manager Ben Baiocco is excellent at reviewing the financing options. My main sales contact for all of those 13 years of dealing with Mercedes Benz of Greenwich has been Don Gunn he has been a pleasure to deal with. I have never had to try and figure out the best way to acquire the car or determine the right car to acquire. Don Gunn is an exceptional sales person and I trust all of his decisions on acquiring the right car. The service advisor John Ponticello has been outstanding for over 13 years. My car is always scheduled and serviced on time and it is always returned clean for my pick up. John is the best of the service advisors that I have ever dealt with at any car dealer. I would view it a pleasure to be a testimonial to the Mercedes Benz of Greenwich team at any time. Thanks to Mercedes Benz and the Mercedes Benz of Greenwich team for great cars, sales and service. Keep it going youre doing great.

Coming home from a trip to Cape Cod with my wife and two little girls I was about 40 miles from home (Manhattan) when my 2012 S550 informed me I was critically low on oil. The car had been driving for 220 miles on a hot day at that point, I was quite concerned, I did not want to damage the engine. I determined the Greenwich dealership was only another 16 miles from me so I went directly there. I arrived just as the service department was closing but several of the staff were very helpful, pulling the car onto the lot, driving with me to get oil (Parts department was closed). Soon after, I met Lou Liodori, the General Manager who invited my family inside, offered us something to drink, gave each of my little girls a Mercedes Teddy Bear, and let them watch TV while he called his technician (It was 4:30 on a Saturday and all the onsite technicians had left for the day). The technician arrived about 30 minutes later and topped off the oil. We were on our way and home by 6:30p. I felt after having this problem, I called a family member who invited me over their house, fixed my car -- while I hung out in the living room and watched TV -- and still got me home in time for the kids bedtime. I had never met any of these people before in my life and they were more than accommodating. I highly recommend MB of Greenwich and thank them for the help they provided to my family and I.

I just leased my 4th E class from Mercedes Benz, 3 have been from the Greenwich, CT dealership. My salesman, Barry Penske, was extremely professional, courteous and went out of his way to give me the best lease possible. He knew my lease was coming due on my 2009 E Class in January 2012, and he waited until he could offer me the lowest price possible on the new lease. He made the transaction as smooth as possible. I was greeted in the parking lot when I dropped off my old car and I was assured that the serviceman would re-check my car to make sure I left nothing personal in it. After Barry went over the new lease agreement with me, he brought me over to my new car, which was sparkling clean and ready to go. Barry loaded all my phone contacts into the car and showed me how to use the voice activated commands, navigation, audio, etc. He was patient with me and answered all my questions about the new technology in the 2012 E Class. I love my new car and I love Mercedes Benz Greenwich. The service department is extremely professional and understanding of the urgency of getting your car back to you as soon as possible. The General Manager, Mr. Lou Liodori, who I met 10 years ago, has created a family-like atmosphere at the dealership that makes everyone feel welcome. I trust Barry and MBG to take care of my beautiful new car!

One morning I called Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich. I was transferred to a sales representative named Steve P. I asked Steve if the 2010 GLK350 was still available? He replied that he had just taken the vehicle in and that it would not last. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. I live in New Jersey and I have never bought a car over the phone before this. After numerous question about the vehicle and the dealership Steve fully convinced me to leave a deposit till I got there that same afternoon. When I drove and parked at the pre-owned center as I walked in the door Steve had cold water bottles waiting for me and my daughter. What a refreshing surprise. I was then introduced to the pre-owned manager Robert Serrano. Steve & Robert were very professional and even in that heat with full blown construction going on our perception was that they were not taken in by it and took great care of us. After sitting down with Steve and discussing the options and reliability of the vehicle and the test drive Steve offered us. We sat back down and the next thing we knew we were in the business managers office signing all the paperwork and with-in 30 minutes we were driving home in our new Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz. Thank you again Steve and Robert my son will be driving next year and I will definitely call on Steve again.

I always grew up dreaming of one day having the opportunity to drive a mercedes, let alone take one home with me. I always thought that any mercedes, new or old was always out of my financial reach. But nevertheless, Claudio performed a miracle and managed to get me financially situated with driving away a 2014 C300!!!!!! I was like a kid at a candy store when i got the call from Claudio about me coming in and filling out the paperwork, which he walked me through very thoroughly, answered all my questions, and put things in very simple terms that i could comprehend. Jay showed me the ropes of new C300 and also was prompt at answering my emails with any questions or concerns i had about the vehicle.!!! Since then, I went in for my first Service A at the dealership, again great atmosphere, the reps contacted me to confirm my appointments, and even now i love getting newsletters in my emails about complimentary services as well as other tips and comments about my current mercedes. They even sent a "thank you for choosing us" type of card to me, and it felt like they cared, that i wasnt just another customer to them.!! This is my first mercedes and im glad i got it from Mercedes Benz of Greenwich, and i feel that I will have a great long term relationship with them!! Thank you again for making my boyhood dreams come true.
