I purchased my 2008 Ford Edge from Park Ford in 2012 as a dealer car off a lease and have had lots of problems with it. Salesman Angelo Gubbay never disclosed that my car was in an accident. I only found out after I bought it and was looking through the Carfax papers. From then on, I have had continuous transmission problems, which I brought the car back several times for repair under the extended warranty I bought. I was told repeatedly that nothing was wrong, until about the 5th complaint when they said a major component of the tranny was bad and had to be replaced, which was done at no charge. The transmission is better but shifts very erratically to this day. Most recently, I needed a new control arm on my front suspension, which the staff replaced outside of warranty. Within the first day of driving, I felt and heard a lot of clatter from the front end and had to bring the car back. I was told the brand new control rod was not formed properly and had to be replaced, which was done. No apology was given from the staff, nor was the first part properly inspected or road-tested, or the defect would have been found. My time is valuable, and I resent all these repeat visits to Park Ford Service when things should be repaired properly the first time! The staff is friendly and helpful enough, but the service frankly stinks! I am likely going to contact Ford Corporate about my problems since Park Ford fulfills the old adage of "Fix Or Repair Daily" quite well. I wish there were a different Ford dealership I could use around here. Steer clear!

This is my second time leasing a F-150 with Nick (and I had done a purchase of an explorer). I have been extremely pleased with my experience with Nick and Park Ford. I have leased/bought 12 (9 of them have been Fords) vehicles in my lifetime and I have had some bad experiences with other dealers/salesman, but never with Nick - he definitely puts in a lot of time and effort to get the best deal and find the perfect vehicle for me. He is very upfront with numbers and there are never any surprises when it comes time to sign the papers. I am very particular about options I want - he understands this and works diligently to locate what I am looking for and usually under a tight deadline. I highly recommend him to all my friends, family and acquaintances. Nick is a top quality salesman and person and look forward to working with him in the future.

I dealt with the owner Richie and sales consultant Bob Berkman. I also had dealings with the sales manager and business specialist. I went to the lot wanting either a new or recently used F-150 or SUV. They had a great inventory of new and used vehicles and while I was shown the vehicles I was given an education on the benefits and determinants of the various purchase decisions. I ended up going with a new 2016 F-150, as the factory rebates drive the price down to a point where it was competitive with a comparable used vehicle. The entire sales experience was tremendous - no pressure just great customer service in helping me get into the best vehicle for my needs. And oh, by the way, the truck is awesome! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, absolutely check out the professionals at Park Ford of Mahopac!

I spent about 6 months researching and looking for the car I wanted - that includes both online and offline research (at the dealerships). Out of every Ford dealer in the area (all the way out to Queens), Park Ford had the most honest, most courteous and most responsive personnel. I worked with Bob Berkman to buy my Explorer. He worked really hard to get me the exact truck I wanted with the right options, and he got me a very fair deal. All the other dealerships tried to "bait and switch" me or con me in some way. Park Ford gets 5 stars because they know how to earn a customer, and they realize that by doing business the right way that customer just might recommend them to others. That said, I highly recommend you make Park your first and last stop for a new car. Thank you guys!

From the moment the receptionist greeted me I knew that this was going to be a positive experience. I met Lori (sales consultant) who I immediately connected with through the love of mustangs. She worked diligently to find what I was looking for. Which in the end she did and I drove off the lot with exactly what I was looking for. Also their incentives and discount because I am a student was greatly appreciated which I did not get elsewhere. They offere me a fair price for my trade in as well. I would definitely worked with Park Ford of Mahopac again when looking for my next vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go there. The ultimate outcome was acceptable, but... I was told I needed to order and prepay for the part I needed (a trailer break controlled). I did. When the part came in and made an appointment. I took the truck in only to be told hours later it was the wrong part. The correct part was supposedly ordered and I made a new appoint when it came in almost 2 weeks later. This time it was the correct part which was installed. All this took just short of a month, two trips for which I had to find rides to and from and Park had my payment for the part. Generally refered to as a "cluster" when I was in the Navy. You asked.

I just leased a 2016 Ford Fusion and the process could not have been easier and more enjoyable. My salesman Nick DAndrea was an absolute professional. He modeled my lease to fit exactly in the price range I had budgeted, while including all the amenities I wanted my car to have. I had an old F150 and desired a new one .Met Bob Dadrea we discussed custom odering a new truck.My wife came and saw a F150 Lauriat loaded and we were sold Bob made it happen over night.Paper work was a breeze .Met people we had alot of history with JFK Somers Stepinack. went back two weeks later got a long lessen on what i had invested in.I am very happy with my investment in the F150 and Park Ford thanks Bob DDandrea. Robert in service department is very rude. No call back on price quote. When I finally did get a hold of him 4 days later, he told me not to "bust his balls" about price quote. I have spent a lot of money with this dealership over the years. Unfortunately all it takes is 1 poorly trained service representative to ruin it. If you do business with this dealership stay far away from Robert in service.
