Hi All, Let me start off with saying that I usually DO NOT write reviews, simply because I dont have time. However, this time I felt obligated to let all of you know that this place is NOT the place again NOT THE PLACE to service your car! Example; Two days ago i went to the dealer to do the diagnostics on my car due to computer malfunction. Long story short, they got the results and told me my transfer case was bad and i had to replace it! I asked about the price of the part and labor it came up to $3900. Told them to put the car back together and went home. I Went on google AND DID MY RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEM I WAS EXPERIENCING!!! HERE WAS THE SOLUTION TO MY ISSUE. ---->>IT WAS NOT a TRANSFER CASE that was bad IT WAS TRANSFER CASE MOTOR ($898 for a part not $3000) THAT WAS BAD THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED not transfer case itself. Bough the part myself at their store aka BMW, put two hours of my own time changed it on my back yard and saved $3100. My conclusion? These guys have no clue what they are doing, in fact im still surprised they are still in business.They are extremely misleading as the above example illustrates. Whit that being said PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Better yet DO NOT buy BMW unless you feel like babysitting their mechanics. P.S. If I were you I would go either to Darien or Mamaroneck but def. not Greenwich or as the call it Port Chester Center. Best, M

This dealers service departments only objective is to extract every dollar from a customer. I brought a 2015 5 series in with a bubble in the tire. David the service rep said it would take several hours so they gave me a loaner car. What a mistake to give him control of the car. He kept calling with new problems and asking if the car was shaking. I explained it was driving fine. After a few days there the total bill reached $1800 (plus they never called to tell me it was ready). I have zero confidence in the integrity of the bill and zero confidence in BMW of Greenwich. What I do have confidence in is that I will never return to the dealership either for service or to purchase a new vehicle. If you go there watch your wallet but i would recommend going to another dealership that you can trust. BTW Kristen the customer service manager at least tried to help and said they would review the bill. What did they offer to do? Fix my tire for free if I have a future tire problem. They charge me $1800 dollars and offer a potential tire fix on a potential future tire problem. Just silly to call that compensation.

In March I drove from NY to Greenwich BMW to purchase a specific certified pre-owned 2013 BMW 535iX. They knew I was crossing state lines to purchase the vehicle and clearly took advantage. Three hours after purchasing the vehicle it was being towed to my local dealership in NY. There was an issue with the tire valve and the battery was extremely low which caused a bunch of electrical glitches. Eventually I realized the comfort access handle wasnt working. DO NOT believe them if they say the $499 conveyance fee is a Connecticut "law". Do not agree to pay it. I recommend avoiding Greenwich BMW and purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. The service department eventually did the right thing and corrected most of the issues but I am not a fan of the Sales department.

I was interested in a car, called up on Thursday to make sure it was in stock, and then made an appointment. Called Friday morning to verify car was in their lot and available and also to let them know I will be there 30 minutes earlier than my appointment. I was told the car is ready for me to look at and test drive. Great, I head out Halfway en route from Queens, having already paid the toll, I receive a phone call from the dealership that a customer placed a deposit on the car earlier this week. I told them Im already halfway there and was told then just come in and look at the car, but I cant test drive it. What exactly am I going to gain by looking at a car that already has a deposit on it? Next time, do your due diligence and dont waste my time.

My experience with BMW Greenwich was an EXCELLENT one. My sales person was Joe Coniglio. Joe was very helpful from the moment I walked in the place. He got me into a brand new 2015 535i Xdrive with every option I was looking for. A lot of sales guys are more focus on making a dollar instead of the happiness of the customer. Joe Joe went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this dealer for the simple fact Joe Coniglio is there. BMW Greenwich will be my be first choice every time for a new car as long as Joe is there. Thanks again for all your help Joe because of you I got exactly what I wanted.

The absolute best dealer around, as a part of the Penske Auto group they have high standards for customer service. They are extremely fair with their trade in pricing and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the experience and deal. I ended up going with another dealer as they had the car in stock but let Greenwich know, and the representative from Greenwich called me up a number of times in order to give me advice and make my first BMW purchase a pleasant one even though it wasnt with him, if I had more time I would have waiting until Greenwich got the car in. The GM Joe runs a fantastic dealership.

Everything! My sales associate was Tom Forte and he helped me build my dream car and placed an order. The car arrived in less than 3 weeks and all the process was taken care of. Rick Wan and his team insured that everything was ready on the delivery date and I literally did all the paperwork and delivery formalities in less than 30 minutes. All paperwork, registration, insurance, and even car license plate were ready on delivery date. Im really impressed and in my opinion this is how your luxury car buying experience should be. Highly recommend them and their team for all your BMW purchases.

John OKeefe provided service well beyond anything I could have expected. After several weeks had passed since my last showroom visit I received a call from him to say that the 3 series I was thinking of had some new deals which I could not pass up. He delivered my car to me ahead of when it was promised, introduced me to what seemed like every person involved at the dealership, and made me feel very special the entire way. Thank you to John for making me realize that car salesmen arent all of the stereotype Ive heard about. I will be referring as many people to him as I can.

Tom Forte was a fabulous guy. You really got a sense he cared and he got to prove it along with his Sales Manager Peter. Tom was enthusiastic and informed when I was looking at cars but not pushy. When I came back with a decision to buy a BMW he was delightful. We had some issues with my new car and the dealer Tom and Peter bent over backwards to resolve the issue with no inconvenience to me. I have been so impressed with them it will be hard to buy another car that is not a BMW since that is what they sell and I feel indebted to them.
