I live in Rhode Island and recently purchased an immaculate Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet with 6,300 miles on it from Miller Motorcars of Greenwich, Ct. Rob Corbi was exceptional to work with and went above and beyond expectations. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and compassionate (if I can say that). Upon meeting Rob, he gave me a full tour of the facility, naming each Ferrari model as he took me through the showroom, the lower level (which is packed wall to wall with Ferraris, by the way), and the service area. Miller Motorcars could sell tickets, its that cool of a place. I wouldnt mind returning with my girlfriend and daughter because I know theyd enjoy the tour more than I. Getting back to the 911: We put the top down, drove down the main street, and took a left at the first light. I suddenly found myself transported onto a freshly paved, winding country road lined with gorgeous houses and tall trees. What a pleasant, serene neighborhood to take a car for a test drive! The car purred and roared as it sped around the curves in Sport mode. The only cars I encountered were other sports cars that revved their engines as they passed me in the opposite direction as if to welcome me to the neighborhood. I knew right away that this was the car for me. Rob seemed to take a liking to me and worked with me on price. He had the car inspected and detailed in a day or two. When I returned to purchase the car, he even picked me up at the Stamford train station. After everything was finished and I was about to walk out the door and drive home in my new car, I thought of my daughter who loves Ferraris. Rob walked me to the parts counter and insisted on paying for the red racing hat that I was about to purchase. He didnt have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. Everybody I encountered at Miller Motorcars seemed very friendly. Id definitely buy another car from them someday, perhaps one of those red Ferraris to go with my daughters hat.

Just purchased used exotic from Miller Motorcars. I come from 175 miles away, so deal was done on email and phone calls. When I arrived to complete the deal my daughter and I were greeted as we drove in. They inspected my trade and paperwork was done in less than a 1/2 hour. When I got the car home I had a minor paperwork issue, which was taken care of immediately with no effort on my part. I then had an engine sensor act up 4 days later, and Miller took care of it even though it technically did not come with a warranty - but it was the right thing to do, and they took care of it without argument. This was the 3rd vehicle I looked at, and Miller Motorcars came to the best value of the 3, without hassle. All 3 offered me the same value for my trade, but Miller got there in almost a no-haggle way of doing business which I appreciated. They also had the best car of the 3 I looked at. They knew what they had, knew the value of what I had, and didnt play games. I will without question be looking at MMC for my next car! Thanks to Shima Fukano for taking great care of me.

THE WORST!!! A DISASTER OF AN APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A collector who buys cars with miller knew that a 599 stick was about to be auctioned and miller was involved in the same auction. THEY WERE AT THE AUCTION AND INVOLVED WITH CARS LEADING UP TO IT. Both miller and the buyer knew that the car I owned was one of 20 ever produced and offered me 205k to hedge against what the 599 stick would bring at auction (ultimately 682k!). NEVER letting me on that the same car was going up for auction and NEVER letting me know what it was one of 20 produced. AND I WAS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER - HAVING BOUGHT 4 CARS OVER 5 YEARS FROM THEM! THEY SOLICITED ME TO BUY MY CAR WITHOUT REVEALING THE RARITY OF THE CAR TO ME. Thats where they defrauded me - They had the knowledge of the RARITY of the car THEY SOLD ME where they are the dealer and I was a repeat customer and the knowledge that the car was about to come up for auction - AND DAN MOTA, The sales manager never said a word about either! THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND ACTIONS AGAINST A LOYAL CUSTOMER REPREHENSIBLE. I AM SUING THEM.

it was always a dream to own an exotic (for me) sports car. When the time finally came, i had as much fun buying it as i have had driving it. My experience at Miller Motorcars was (and still is) one the best retail experiences ever. I ended with a Maserati 4.3 GTS. Love it as much as i did my very first car (66 Chevelle SS). But looking at all the cars (and driving some) that did not even fit my budget - Miller went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and encouraged me to have fun. When i finally decided, Shima Fukano was my guy. We designed it together and then followed the progress from order to delivery. He has spent countless hours with me, just going over details, tweaking my systems, advising me on new tires, talking cars and becoming a friend. The Miller service experience had been even better. If i cant get it to them, they pick it up. They call and give me options on service and what to expect in the future. Even the loaners have been first class. Im getting ready for another car. I cant wait to go back. And I hope Shima can sell me the next one too.

Miller Motorcars is an outstanding dealership ! We purchased a brand new Rolls Royce Wraith last year and received First Class, Five Star, Red Carpet Service from Alan Sheynin and David Reunert ! The Wraith was delivered to our door in a Miller Motorcars custom enclosed flatbed truck in pristine condition. David accompanied the delivery and provided an in depth vehicle orientation for us. We received excellent follow up by the Team to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We are so comfortable with Miller Motorcars and feel like part of their family. As part of our continued relationship we took delivery last week of a magnificent special order 2016 Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner in Glacier White with Hot Spur hides. The Wraith along with the Flying Spur are truly world class automobiles and a privilege to drive. I would like to thank and recognize Katie Koroleva for an outstanding job in buying my first Bentley. I originally went down to kill some time and try out the SUV Bentley because it is such a beautiful car. I couldnt buy another car because I didnt have any additional garage space, but she did such a fabulous job explaining what a great car it was, that I was able to convince my wife to give up her Mercedes and get a Bentley. My wife couldnt be happier and the best part of the story is I have a dear friend that has been in the auto biz for 50 years and he has had many dealerships. I let him drive the car and he said this is worth every penny you paid for it. That does not take away from the fact that Katie did such a wonderful job selling the car and servicing it. I highly recommend Miller Motorcars and Katie Koroleva .
