Our recent experience with this dealership & our sales person Eric goes down in my book as my worst experience EVER! Im a regular consumer to buying cars & have NEVER experienced anything like this! Our sales person flat out lied & wasted our valuable family time! I will be sure to share my horrible experience with everyone & tell people not to waste their time going there to buy--SHOP ELSEWHERE! This is our story: On Wednesday of this week I received a random, out-of-the-blue phone call from our sales person asking if we were still in the market for a new minivan. I said yes. He said great because we have some awesome deals going on right now & asked when we could come in later that day. I let him know that we were very busy with our daughters afterschool schedule but would be there that evening at 7:30. About 15 minutes later I got another phone call from him saying that he needed my husbands info for a discount. I told him no problem, Id get the information to him asap. He texted me his business card. He then precedes to text me and I quote, "Hi again, in the event that we come to an agreement tonight, which Im confident of, can you please bring your title for your van?" I said no problem. We arrive at the dealership at 7:20 for our 7:30 scheduled appt time & of course our sales person is with another customer. Fine. No big deal. He greets us and sets us up to test drive the van. We leave & come back about 15-20 minutes later making it around 7:45. He is still with a customer. My family (my husband and three young children sit at a desk and wait). Drinks are offered. Fine, thank you. We wait...and wait...2 or 3 other sales people come to check on us not knowing if were being helped. Ours is still busy. By the time our sales person gets to us it is now about 8:15. He asks if we are still looking for the same price as we were 3 months ago when we met. We said yes. He disappears with the paperwork to go & crunch numbers. We sit there for another 15-20 minutes waiting & waiting...its now 8:30. After my husband checks in to see what is taking so long & informs our sales guy its a school night, we need to get our kids fed & to bed, Eric returns 5 minutes later with the statement, "Well guys I have some bad news. The deals are worse this month then they were the last time you were here. I cant get you the price you need for a monthly payment. Im sorry, I feel really bad. You see the problem is we dont have any 2015s left, only 2016s now.Tomorrows a new month with new incentives. Ill keep looking and get in touch with you if something comes up." REALLY!?! You have the audacity to call me out of the blue & tell me how you have this great sale event going on & ask that I work you into my busy schedule on a school/dance night. We agree on a time to meet. You text me that youre sure we will come to an agreement tonight, so please bring your current vehicle title. Im thinking AWESOME! We really want a new van! We arrive at 7:20 for a 7:30 appt time, & test drive the vehicle. We love it & are excited to "seal the deal" with a great price that he assured us we would get. We sit for over 30 minutes waiting (even after informing him we need to get going bc its getting late). Only to find out 5 minutes later that there will be no sale. Again, SERIUOSLY?! Ive worked with amazing sales people in my past and this guy was by far the worst! Thank you very much Eric for wasting my time and my families time! Thank you for making us waste gas, miss dinner and stay up past our girls bedtime on a school night! Thank you for getting us (including our girls) very excited about getting a new van. My response to him was simply, "Thank you for wasting my time tonight. I will NOT be returning again for any "great deals" in the future. Next time he give me the numbers OVER THE PHONE!" If he truly felt so bad,a good sales person would have offered dinner or a gas card, something small for wasting our time. He truly didnt care! If you value your time and dont want to get your hopes up BUYERS BEWARE! DONT SHOP HERE!

Took our SUV in for expensive new plugs and fuel induction service they pushed for our 5.7 hemi recently. All of a sudden my gas mileage is ~5mpg less than the day before I brought it in? In addition I question if they changed all my spark plugs since not even the dust on the rear engine coil caps have a single mark or finger print on them, in contrast to the ones more forward which have easily identifiable finger marks and bolt tool marks. I took it back to get it looked at a week later and now also to have my check engine light looked at. Dropped it off at 7:15am and told it should be ready in 3-4 hrs. They never even touched the truck until well in the late afternoon and thats only after I called them for status to pick up the SUV to find this out. Got a dopey "um yeeah, the tech was working on something else." By 4:00pm they never addressed the gas mileage issue [ie potentially botched fuel induction service per guy at counter who acted like its a normal occurrence and said when I dropped it off maybe they didnt all the carbon out like their supposed to...". Never addressed the check engine light and wanted me to bring it back next Monday. Lost the entire day for NOTHING! I called manager of service after because I was mad for being lied to about the it should be ready in 3-4 hours they told me when I dropped it off. He was as ignorant and as evasive as he could have been and took no accountability, only made excuses. I asked to talk to someone more concerned about the well being of the dealerships reputation and he said he would have the general manager call me back within 5 minutes. Well he never called back [surprise, surprise] as I expected based on the slimy counter clerk and so called service managers excuse based communication earlier. It appears this dealership tries to convince customers that its family owned and my daddy would be so proud of me" bull they keep replaying on the phone while you wait for someone to answer, this so you think you are going to a nice and reliable hometown dealership for purchase or service you can trust; well its not. I was lied to and got shotty service the first time and no service the second time, ignorant excuses and after loosing a whole day Im of conclusion they are not worthy of doing business in our community.

HORRIBLE! i went in and worked with a sales person the day before hunting season. he was supposed to call me back on mon when he got back. i heard nothing. he had already ran my credit and i was a tier 3. when i contacted him by email the next week he tried to get me to email him all my private info because he had destroyed the first credit app. why when your supposed to be working a deal? anyway. i set up a time to return to the dealer and was promised to hit my mark <$400. he had me all set up, with a van that was not what i ask for, not 1 option i had wanted, then ran my credit again. now im a tier 4 because he ran my credit twice. when i complained i was told that a $450 pmt is a gift for someone who doesnt pay their bills. and proceeded to become loud and share my credit info verbally to the whole showroom. when my wife asked repeatedly for our keys (trade in) he continued to spout off about a account that had to be a repo etc.." i dont have to sell you a car, ill still make my 250k a year, you not paying your bills is not my problem." in front of everyone...i physically had to enter his office to retrieve our keys and leave. i feel like me pointing out their mistake made them angry. they purposefully ran my credit 2 times to drop my tier and charge me more money. and then tried to get loud and embarrass us to get us to leave. i dont have good credit, but ive never had a problem getting a new car. note1: intentional release of personal information from a credit app or the information generated by an app with willful intent to injure, against the Fair Credit Reporting Act. note 2: purposefully running a credit app multiple times to affect a consumers ability to do business with a competitor also against the FCRA *******NOTE HAD GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH ERIK AT AL SERRA*****
