I had a horrible experience! I have a Honda Odyssey that I have only owned for 34 days! The transmission slips when it is going into 2nd gear sometimes. Its not that bad. We have taken the van in somewhere and found out it was a pressure switch issue. I called Honda and told them I needed that part and how much it would be to fix it. They told me they had the part, could have the van done in an hour, and at $150. I take the van in half hour later. I have a 7 month old son and am 6 months pregnant! They had me carrying my stroller with my 23 lbs so in it up stairs, had me sitting and waiting for 3 hours before I went to the service garage for answers! Then told me they just found that the problem was a pressure switch and it needed an entire transmission costing over $3000 dollars! Then told me the shuttle will take me home. The assistant manager had the worst customer skills I have seen in my life! He had me wait by his desk, while the shuttle was waiting on me, then helped 2 other customers before I rudely interrupted to ask what he wanted to tell me BC my son was crying, it had been a total of 4 hours and I wanted to get home! (I had to interrupt him which blows my mind) all so he could tell me that they in fact dir not have a pressure switch that we needed, which was the ONLY reason we came! After 4 hours I took my van, told the assistant manager (the same person with no customer service skills) I was frustrated and upset with their service (which he blamed on the appointment lady and did nothing) they got my van out and I left! With the one problem not being fixed! I called in and got prepriced and asked them to check for it in the first place! My experience was horryfing and I will never recommend them to anyone!! The car service department was a royal disaster and uninformative and is lacking all customer service skills!

I have called about a 2007 Civic with 95k miles. The salesman was Pete and he had accepted my offer. When I got there and asked him to see and possibly test drive the vehicle, he said it was sold (by the way, this was 30 minutes) after we had spoken. I had just left the lot and he texted my phone saying that he would sell it to me for $1000 more because I was there first (presumably this was a hot sell and his boss told him that he needs to sell on a first come first sell basis). Regretfully for him, there was no one else trying to buy a 10-years old car. I feel sorry for these guys because their jobs had turned them into sharks and in some cases to behave like street thugs. Anyways, I texted him back and said: please sell it to them and thanked him for his perseverence. Then he texted me back saying it is nice car. At this point, I wouldnt have bought it even for $100. The irony is that when I walked in, I saw a TV station or a radio station trying to record their phony story of a large dealership serving the community. Horrible experience...avoid this dealership and naive salesman.

Jim White Honda is 2nd to none and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! I came in from out of town and learned that my mom was in the market for a new Honda vehicle. I asked around to see if anyone had a recommendation on which Honda dealership to go to. Everyone I asked said Jim White Honda in Maumee...boy were they right! Not only were we treated like gold but my mom received more than expected for the vehicle she traded in plus received a great price/deal on her new Honda Accord Hybrid!! She absolutely loves her new car!! Knowledgeable, courteous & professional! I would recommend Jim White Honda with confidence to anyone looking for a new Honda! Thank you very much for taking care of my mother!

In August I started contacting dealers looking for a Honda Pilot. The best price I had was at Jim White Honda. I was ready to continue the sales process by finalizing the drive-out price in an email, but then my salesperson went MIA for several days. After Labor Day weekend, he calls me back and said he was slammed from selling 50 cars in one weekend. He goes on to say the quote does not include accessories, and adding them would be required. I told him to sell the car to someone else for MSRP, then turned my attention to another dealership in Michigan (who had the next best price to Jim White Honda).

I recently took delivery of a 2013 Honda CRV in August. After only 3 months, I can state that it is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. I am averaging 26.5 MPG overall so far. Cant believe it! Jim White Honda was great to work with. I had a big vehicle that I wanted to get out of and a bigger payment! Went to 2 other dealerships and neither was able to help me. Matt and Scott helped put me in this fantastic SUV, get out from under my previous vehicle and keep my payment lower that before. Way to go guys! I really appreciate your help. Would recommend Jim White Honda to anyone.

I dont have great credit. In fact at one point it was straight up awful. Greg Foote was great. He got me out of my 2003 Chevy Truck, that had 143,000miles on it, and was on its last legs and into a 2008 Ford Edge with under 80,000 miles for about the same payment (it went up $10, but so what I save that on gas in a day). They are great and I was genuinely surprised that he was able to do what he did. They told me they can get anyone approved and I didnt believe him, but I do now because I got approved. I highly recommend you see Greg!

I had an amazing experience at Jim White Honda. I emailed Derek the cyber space conductor, who is the Internet/BDC sales manager. I was a bit nervous with the response I might receive since this was all over the internet. But Derek answered all my emails and was very knowledgeable. Once I decided to come to the dealership the rest of the process was a breeze. Buying a new car can come with such anxiety but Derek made it a great experience. Worst place I have ever shopped for a car. Sales guy said "I dont know" to almost all of my questions or "I dont have my cheat sheet with me so I dont know" also kept pushing me to buy a car way out of my price range. They offered pennies for my trade in and wasted my entire day. Me and my wife hated it so much that we arnt even going to wait for the credit results to come back. Ill be shopping at a place that knows what they are doing and wont rip me off.

We have leased our 2011 Honda Pilot SUV from Jim White Honda Maumee and had a very positive experience working with Mike Furgason. We were not highly pressured in any way and ended up with a really SUV that fit perfect into our budget . We were able to agree upon a deal with very little "back and forth".
