I purchased a new 2016 Civic back in Nov of 2015.Since March of 2016 Ive had nothing but problems with the vehicles touch screen and indash display freezing, glitching, etc.The vehicle was at the service shop and had the screen replaced the 1st time, 2nd I was told there was an update that needed to be installed which would fix the problem. The 3rd time the screen was replaced again, 4th time I was told there was another update.Lone behold the issues continued to arise.Back for a 5th time and I was informed that the tech that did the last update entered it in wrong and it needed to be corrected. After picking the vehicle up this time it was only 3 days later when the problems continued. At this point Im beyond irritated! They had a customer service liaison meet with me and he promised he would make things right.Mind you I live over an hour away.Almost a month later I received the incentive which was Honda offering to make ONE monthly payment on the vehicle. If I agreed to this, there was fine writing claiming, "I could no longer hold Honda responsible for this issue or any other issue that may arise." I of course declined the payment and it only aggravated me even more! They supposedly flew a tech in from Honda and one reason I was given was because of my Iphone and having it synced to the car. That when there was an update on IOS, I needed to unsync my phone, update it, then resync it to the car. That time when the car was picked up I made sure NOT to sync my phone with the vehicle.2 days later the screen continued to freeze. So at this point Ive emailed Honda about how frustrated I was because of all of this and would like them to buy this vehicle back under the lemon law.It took them over 30 days to respond with an email, that they would not be buying the vehicle back.Once I received this, I took the car back to the dealership.Im now to the present time. The vehicle was dropped off Friday and I received a call later that day that they had found the issue.I was first told it was a problem with the Ipod port and that I should play the music from my phone.Well with my data plan that is not an option. The other option was to get a form of satellite radio installed.I called Monday to inform them that I wouldnt be able to get the vehicle until Wednesday morning, due to work.I also emailed Willy, who is the liaison that I had been dealing with.I explained everything to him and how if we could figure out some sort of deal with having the satellite radio installed, it would make things good in my eyes.I received a call from Sean in service and he asked where I was, that I needed to come pick my vehicle up.I informed him of my work schedule and I was waiting to hear back from Willy about the satellite radio deal.He told me I wouldnt be hearing from Willy until I picked my vehicle up.That the tech wanted to see how I use my Ipod within the vehicle.I explained, I plug it in the port and from that point use the touch screen or buttons on the steering wheel to change songs, like any normal person would do.I was told that is where the issue is.That I am supposed to use the Ipod to change the songs; basically be a distracted driver to change songs on my device.Sean then told me if I didnt come in today and pick my vehicle up that they would be calling the police and having the rental vehicle entered as a stolen vehicle. At this point Im disgusted with this dealership and wouldnt want my worst enemy to purchase anything from this place. The customer service is terrible! To not only continue to sweep the issues with this vehicle under the rug but to blame all the issues on me is ridiculous! Then to threaten me with filing a FELONY POLICE REPORT because I am inconveniencing them by having their rental is absurd!Which I might also add, would be a false report as there is no return date on the agreement I signed for the rental. For those of you who dont know, IF it was entered(which it wont be)and I was pulled over, I would be taken out at gun point and proned out on the ground. You tell me how that is for customer service!? Buyer Beware!!!

***STAY AWAY!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A WHITE 2008 JEEP, IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE USED VEHICLES HERE. READ BELOW:*** I hope this review saves someone trying to buy that Jeep a few thousand dollars. NOTE: I wrote this review in August of 2016, it was not for some special "event" as the response says below. It was their own employees, including a manager. DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE. All consumers should be aware that once a used car dealership is made aware of issues with the used cars, they need to disclose this information or it is AGAINST THE LAW. They are scheming customers, so please be aware of your rights. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Went in there to buy a used Jeep I saw online. Sales guy was pleasant for the most part, until he wasnt. I would NEVER recommend someone to purchase any car here. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Took the used car they were offering to the mechanic to have it checked out before purchasing. Found $3,000.00 in repairs that needed to be done. $3,000!!!!! Took the car back and they literally tried to tell me some of the stuff my mechanic listed as problems with the car were B.S. and suggested he had no idea what he was doing. So I googled the problem they pointed out, on my phone right in front of them, and no, it was not BS or made up. It was an actual problem that occurs and is VERY costly to fix. (why would a mechanic lie about extra things being wrong with a pre purchase inspection anyway? That would make you not buy the car and then you wouldnt come back for repairs. Its insulting that they think their customers are seriously that dumb that they would just believe a used car salesman over a mechanic with no investment in your purchase. And really, trying to insult someones mechanic is not a good sales technique) Besides, even after showing them the Google results, they still tried to play dumb. Sorry, not going to believe the used car sales man over a licensed mechanic and thousands of google results to back up the claim. VERY SHADY!!! Worst part is, they knew / know all this stuff is wrong with the car, but they wouldnt counter. Instead of getting the junker off their lot for a lower price, they literally said "We dont think this car is for you". I am assuming they wouldnt sell it to me at a lower price so that they could try and sell it at the sticker price to some person who doesnt know to get it checked out by a mechanic first. Shame on them, knowingly trying to sell a bad product at market value to someone. I am definitely reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. Not all used car salesman are bad, but these people ARE AWFUL! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: -------------------------------------------- I would like to change my review. The dealer called me yesterday after seeing my feedback and said they are willing to provide a refund. I think this dealer cares how their customers feel and be willing to make some changes. (Thank you, Fischer Honda!) , so I would like to change my review to positive. Though, customer beware of the design / material issue for the Honda car. We hope this similar issue will not happen again in years. (This is why we lease a new car instead of buying a second-hand car because we want to save some repairing fee, right?) Old post: --------------------------------------------------- My leased car (Honda CR-V 2014) is only 8 month old and has less than 5000 miles. After being parked for three weeks in summer time, its brake rotor rusted and generated intense vibration and pulsation when the brake was applied. The dealership charged $413 labor fee to resurface the brake rotors, which sounds insanely expensive to me. Additionally, I thought Honda CR-V is a very reliable car, but this brake rotors issue happened with this fairly new car (less than 5000 miles and 8 months old). Three of my friends said they had exactly the same issue with Honda products (2 CR-Vs and 1 Element), and two of them got resurfacing free of charge at another dealership (at Howard Cooper, now Germain). I also found out there were a lot of reports online showing lots of CR-V had the similar issue. We did have other older car which is from the other Japanese brand, and didnt have the same issue happened in the past 6 years even when we didnt drive for weeks. Usually when you didnt drive the cars for weeks, its the engine or battery that you should beware. Surprisingly, this rotary issue happens in a such a new Honda car that we didnt expect to happen, and now we think it looks like a design / material issue.Disappointingly, the dealership stated that the warranty wouldnt cover it and charged it for $413. Now we have concerns whether this similar issue will happen again in years (and we dont know whether there are still other hidden design defects regards to this car), but we already have a leasing contract for 3 years. If we know this before, we definitely would not lease this Honda CR-V nor doing any service in this dealership. Im totally disappointed by the Honda product and the dealership, and I wouldnt recommend neither Honda product nor this dealership to anyone.
