Nissan of Ann Arbor has provided me nothing but outstanding care, support and service. Their kind staff has helped me a lot over the past couple years, from starting routine maintenance on my new car to living up to their high quality customer service standards when my car was having troubles. I have been getting all my car maintenance done with this dealership for the past two years now and Nissan has kept my car in pristine condition. When I did come in for servicing, their courtesy shuttle made it convenient by driving me to and from my job. Additionally, they have been honest in telling me when I can wait on a particular service or if anything needed immediate attention. In my eyes, the service team has gone above and beyond their duties to live up to their standards of excellence and service quality. I cannot thank Ann Arbor Nissan enough for everything they have done for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my family and closest friends.

So far Ive purchased two trucks from AA Nissan, and both times in the past four years the purchase experience was easy and low pressure. I got the price I wanted both times. I just purchased a 2017 Frontier from them, picking it up today. The service department is great too. While I only bring my trucks in for warranty work (which means just one visit in four years for an exhaust manifold on my 2013 Frontier that let loose), they were able to diagnose and fix a very obscure problem I had on my first 2000 Nissan Frontier. I had the truck at two other places that couldnt figure it out- these guys found a wiring harness that had worn through in the inside front fender that caused intermittent problems with the transmission shifting, and computer issues, when it shorted as the truck drove. Amazing...

Great service department. Theyve done me a solid twice. First was getting my throttle body re calibrated without an appointment on a Friday, therefore saving my weekend! Second was charging me almost $100 less than the original estimate for work, because the technician billed me for the actual hours he worked on my car, as opposed to the specified time allotment in the factory service manual. I want to specially recognize Mike Greenwald and David Hanss for overseeing a quality operation.

Bought a new car there from FREd. Worse customer service, nightmare. Buying a car should not be a terrible experience. Nothing we were told was true , no one in management would or has ever called us back, everything we was told changed Everytime we turned around (Liars). Wish now we had walked away from buying there, should have. They could care less about you or your experience just your money and the sale. Terrible......RUN, plenty of other car dealerships I wish we had read reviews

DISHONESTY!!!Dave is the guy served us, did not smile or posing any friendly gesture at all, felt we were the service provider and he was the customer. However, this is not the end, we went to change the oil and the filter, was informed the "right inner tie rod was loose" and quoted for $515 . We decided to shop around and found a cheaper place only later to find that there was nothing wrong with our tie rod. STAY AWAY with these greedy LIARS!!!

Ive called their service department four times over the past two years. Theyve never answered during regular business hours, and theyve never once returned any of my voicemails. Very helpful. And by that I mean, not very helpful at all. Ive ended up buying my Nissan OEM parts from a dealership in Texas, rather than the place 15 minutes from the house. But if you cant pick up the phone or return a phone-call, youre too busy for my money.

No more Nissan for us. We thought we were loyal customers after leasing 2 vehicles from Nissan. We will be sure to write Ann Arbor Automotive a letter explaining our situation of how we were not given "all the information" by salesman Fred. We renewed a lease and we were shocked to get a whopping bill in the mail two weeks later from Nissan Corp. He denied knowing about it. - yeah right …..

Horrible experience at this dealership. Not only was it absolutely filthy (oil stained carpet, clutter everywhere) but the salesmen fred came off as very misogynistic and dismissive and then didnt even follow up with me! It was for the best, I bought a car somewhere else and had a much better experience. Would not reccomend this place.

Dont accept parts to pick up the phone, or even greet you in a friendly manner. Took me a month to talk to someone other than an answering machine with no messages returned. Cashier was polite and friendly though, apologized for what is the norm from the parts counter. Hope the new management coming in fixes things.
