I went there to purchase a particular car I had been speaking to a inexperienced salesman about that whole day. Even insured the car which he knew, prior to me coming there. Got there to write a check and he failed to tell me another person was in the middle of financing the same car!! Until we were test driving the vehicle and even let me get it checked at auto zone! The man was then approved and they sold the car to him because he was physically there first 20 mins before me even though "Austin" knew I would be there after work to purchase the car. Worst experience trying to buy anything in my life. I understand policy but that is no way to do business. The main dealership didnt do anything about it either, just tried haggle me into buying a damaged car for over the price of the car I was hoping to originally buy. I will never do business here in the future and niether will my family or friends. Completely digusted with the way I was treated.

I feel like this is where all the unwanted or "in-training" used car salesmen go, awkwardly quiet, unprofessional. Dont expect to be greeted when arriving or walking in. The place is filthy. Not what I expected from a name like Suburban.
