The lady who showed me the beautiful watch I bought was super nice. However, the one at the register, whose name I believe is Zanub, because that is what appears in my receipt, was very rude.She refused to show me my watch to see if it fit or if it needed adjustment because it was black friday. She told me I would have to come after the holidays, after Monday December 1st. The store wasnt even busy, it was around 8:30. Then, she asked me for an ID and email address in a demanding tone, without even explaining to me why she was requesting that information. So, I had to ask her a second time to let me see my watch, which she then let me see, reluctantly. It fit perfectly, which is good for her, since Im sure she was frustrated because she had to work on Thanksgiving Day and therefore, did not want to do anything. I bought the watch because it was beautiful, but I was tempted to leave the store because of the horrible customer service. Im sure that such a reputable brand could hire better employees...
