If you want to leave the store feeling utterly humiliated and belittled, by all means visit this store. I am 60" and a US 4/6. Now I know in the "high fashion" world, that may be considered "plus size," but this store sells to average America! Instead of being greeted with a "good morning, can I help you find anything?" The first words out of the saleswomans mouth was, "we have larger sizes in the back!!" Really? (There were plenty of clothes in "my size" out on the floor.) Also, dont go in there if you are not wearing your wealth readily apparent on your sleeve, which I normally do not do. As I was looking through some of the clothes, I could hear some of the employes snickering and saying things like, "what is she doing in here? sorry honey, you cant afford us!" Again, REALLY? Im sorry they failed to consider that I was about to drop more than a few grand in their store....but after hearing that, I just left.

I ordered a belt on 5/11/13 was told it would be there within 5 days. I called the location 5/14/13 to check on status of belt and was told it wasnt there yet. Called back on 5/17/2013 to check the status of ordered was informed by the associate that the belt was never ordered :( The worst customer service I have ever received from a Gucci Boutique. Never will do business at this establishment again. I normally purchase all my Chanel cosmetics from here as well. I guess I will take that drive to Tyson Corner for great customer service!

The best place for mens clothing awesome customer service. its a bit exspensive but the staff makes it worth the extra money. they wont let you buy something that doesnt look good on you! thats a good thing if you have no style like myself!
