Michael Kors is amazing. I love the brand. I own 7 bags and 6 fur poms plus many accessories. This store sucks in terms of customer service. The african american man in there scoffs at you and then you get the feeling that he and all the girls talk bad about you while youre in the store and after you leave. Every time I go in they just socialize and are completely useless. No help whatsoever. Please hire new staff. I love Michael Kors but avoid this store because of the lack of customer service.
