I have nothing but the absolute worst experience with Forever 21s customer service. They are nothing but rude and unhelpful and just down right awful. I never received my package that I ordered online for Christmas and they never responded to any of the messages I sent via message on their contact page and when I called they were unwilling to resolve my problem and the rep refused to let me speak to anyone above her and hung up on me. Spending over $100 on an order and not having the product or a refund and being told they can not help me is unacceptable. The manager Jason at the Wilmington location has been nothing but amazing and has tried to help me the best to his ability, and to help me get in contact with someone that would actually resolve this issue.

My daughter and I had a really good experience the last three or four times wed been into Forever 21. Most of the people on the floor were very helpful. The lady at the register isnt very happy, she just blurts out the same things to everyone in a monotone, voice and unhappy facial expression. But, we found all kinds of great items and were happy overall.

The worse employees work here... literally 3 ran into me in one day when I had my arms full of merchandise. I will be spending my f21 gift card ONLINE just to avoid this store. Would be a different story if they said sorry but they are just too rude for that.
